Excellent! Beautiful space. Locally, independently owned shop with all coffee roasted in house. 3 cold brew coffee blends on tap. Self-serve water station with sparkling option, beautiful patio and rooftop. I drank the Costa Rican drip and can give it a near - perfect score. Sign up for loyalty and get a free drip immediately. I will return ASAP.

Upstairs room is a bit less bustling with sectional couch space, high tops and low tops with a bar with ample seating and a large window. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff making up goodies. The coffee was beautiful and tasty. I did not have the empanadas or burritos. Wish I had! The muffin was pretty lackluster and the loaf was beyond bad! . Would have loved a bacon egg and cheese bagel or even kolaches to be on their menu! They were doing a bit of construction upstairs, but there is still ample seating! The downstairs was packed on a weekday, which is a compliment not a complaint! Definitely a nice spot with exceptional coffees and GREAT staff!!!!

The nitro tea is hands down my fave drink there. Their empanadas are also very tasty, and I love the variety. Literally can't go wrong with anything you order. Service is excellent and seating is varied, both inside and outside.

Great atmosphere and their iced chai lattes are good, but the blueberry muffin was much too sweet and cakey, the mocha cold brew cake was disappointing —texture all wrong, not good flavor, too thick of "frosting" or whatever it was, and my husband’s iced hazelnut latte had too much syrup that just wouldn’t mix in so it sat at the bottom and made it way too sweet.

Giddy Goat has been one of our absolute favorite coffee shops to walk to in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and get some work done. If you’re looking for a delicious coffee and a place to meet friends or get work done this is the place for you.

Very pleasant experience with Goody Goat. The atmosphere is nice, including an upstairs seating area and outdoor/rooftop patios. Depending on when you go, parking can be tricky. This is a place you walk up to the counter, order, pay, wait for name call, and then go find a seat to enjoy.

I cannot recommend this place enough. This is my favorite coffee shop in CLT. Best affordable food, awesome staff, and great atmosphere. I love the upstairs workspace!

Their chai is amazing and you can’t leave without an empanada or a burrito! A must try!

Stopped in for coffee and empanadas early on a Saturday and everyone there was so friendly and helpful! The flat white was perfect and so were the breakfast empanadas! Will definitely be back!
