First time here today, I ordered Hot Vanilla Latte and I think it was above average. The chicken empanada is salty. I would give it 5 stars if the empanada wasn't salty. I do love the vibe and the coffee so I would comeback again and try other items on the menu.

Who would ever think to pair empanadas & coffee? That combination was dynamite . I enjoyed each bite & the fact that I'm not an avid coffee drinker but I indulged in 3 cups while there speaks volumes . The owners were very in-depth about explaining the process of how they roast their coffee & even gave us all a demonstration which was interesting to see in person. It's a new coffee shop located in the booming plaza midwood area. I also had a chance to mozy off onto the rooftop area & check out that view. The Giddy Goat is where's its at to grab a cup of coffee . May your coffee be strong & your weekdays short

We did a takeout order here of six empanadas. I was definitely not disappointed, but in fact, impressed.

This was my first time here my friend introduced me to giddy goat and I didn’t understand the idea of empanadas and coffee as a combo, but my thoughts have changed. It is the best combo that you could ask for.

The Caprese empanadas were the best.

Make sure you come early in the morning to pick up empanadas, because they make them on a daily basis and there’s only a limited supply. Basically they sell until they sell out.

They got delicious empanadas. I had the Mediterranean and Patagonia. Iced coffee was good but needed some sweetness. They got a small parking so be prepare to find parking nearby to walk there which is pretty busy on weekends.

This place is the real deal. Excellent baristas who take care to pull the perfect shot. Very cool interior vibe. If looking for a spot to do some work or be creative, this is a great place. Unpretentious which was refreshing.

Great coffee, roasted right here! You even have roast choices for cold brew. Great set up inside and outside, ample space and perfectly accomodating for work on your devices. Very nice ambiance! The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. All made in house! My personal favorite is the chicken empanada.

Tip: for true coffee lovers, try a Corrado instead of an extra shot with your Latte

Ethan helped me pick out the right drink. He let me taste all 3 nitro cold brew options (light, medium, dark) and I went with dark. So good! It was $5.

Update to my original review...losing a couple stars. Giddy Goat seems to have lost a step...I've come here a couple times recently and it has been too crowded and the coffee and pastries have lost their luster for me.

Most recently I came with my mother for an early coffee and she was accosted by a cockroach running out from behind the fiddle fig(see pictures). Also having the dog roam about, even if it is a service dog, is a bit confusing for other dog owners, as I have seen several people walk in with dogs only to be told they aren't allowed, while a golden retriever roams about off leash and laying wherever it pleases.

Also, don't order the chocolate chip muffins unless you want all your chocolate chips sitting at the bottom(see pictures)...

**Had a great ice latte here, one of the best I've had in Charlotte so far! Just the right amount of bitterness, blended perfectly with the creamy milk. Really cool space with a plethora seating options, inside, outside or upstairs.

If you keep coming back, they have an app where you can build up rewards points as well. I'll definitely be back!

Very good breakfast empanadas, and coffee. It’s also dog-friendly!🐶 I ordered an iced lavender latte, and two breakfast empanadas. Love the design of the building as well, you can even participate in morning goat yoga upstairs!
