This place is truly remarkable and much more than a "coffee shop." It is a welcoming place that feels like a second home. The staff, baristas and ownership truly care about their customers and make people feel special. The food and coffee is delicious and I could eat the empanadas for every meal. I am there several times a week and many staff members have become good friends. Through challenging times in the pandemic the team at Giddy Goat has created a culture that is positive, caring and just energizing to be around. Many times I take a walk over just to say hello and feel a sense of community. I am truly grateful the neighborhood and city has a place like this...

I’m blown away by how tasty The Giddy Goat is! Love their iced coffee, hot coffee, and espresso. They also have a great breakfast menu that includes empanadas, burritos, and so much more. Highly recommend visiting The Giddy Goat - I’ll be here every weekend!

Great breakfast burrito and the empanada selection was fantastic. We got one of each and they were all unique and delicious in their own way. Coffee was coffee and pretty well priced. I can’t stress enough how good the burrito is. Super simple, fresh, and seasoned. I will be a regular for sure & will be adding it to the weekend breakfast rotation now that I live in the area.

Love coming here to take one-on-one coffee and with groups. Water on tap in addition to beer and wine available. They have a great kitchen, with empanadas standing out the most. They host multiple community centered events. Despite being the new shop in town, they have done an excellent job becoming a part of the micro community and not just another coffee shop.

five stars across the board. cute for-here glasses, sweet staff, really cool and modern-looking building with tons of seating. can't really recommend this place more. I think it's my favorite coffee shop in Charlotte, and there are a lot of coffee shops!

Giddy Goat has and will remain one of my favorite places to go. The coffee is in my opinion the best quality I have found in town and consistently so. The service is also always kind and friendly. The empanadas are so delicious and go perfectly with your coffee.

I expected better service and food based on the reviews. The hot latte was was warm at best. The lemon pound cake was served cold, no mention of heating. It was hard as a rock and dry even after asking for it to be heated up. There are too many great coffee options in the area to go back.

Immediately could tell this place was going to be a high quality place. Only ordered an ice coffee but it was SO good. Want to go back and not only get another but want to try some other things.

The flavor was honestly such a good sign. Be back soon!
