Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I go here daily and now have decided to re-think my morning strategy. The staff is so terrible in this location. Most could care less if they help you and have no sense of time or speed. If I were Nordstroms, I would fire everyone there and start over with people who want to work and who enjoy working. Today is Thursday, March 21 @ 12:44 p.m., and guess what? The Ebar is closed. I'm assuming the workers didn't show up. Ugh!!!!

This place is absolute trash! The employees are so rude and think we owe them something. The African American girl who works there should just quit, please quit! For the sake of society! You are just making people coffee…how miserable could your job be?!?!? The owner really needs to hire CLASSY people!

Average coffee, stale pastry, very good service.
Feels uncomfortable reviewing this experience as average (or actually below average when all things are considered) when the three person crew was doing a darn good job. Cleanliness looked like it had improved also.
But…when the products you’re buying aren’t anything special, and frankly not very good, you can’t rate an operation a “4” or a “5”. Good job by the team with what they had to work with.

I regret getting a coffee here. Barista was super rude, had an Airpod in her ear and didn't make any eye contact, just got the vibe that she wanted me gone. And the espresso tasted terrible. Next time I'm nearby I'd rather go out of my way to Waterbean.

Just love this place. I’m a coffee snob, and if it’s not a Starbucks, Dunkin, Peet’s, or locally owned spot, then forget if, I’ll go without. Ebar, however is an exception. Their coffee is incredible. It has a full bold flavor, but not overpowering or burnt.

Their cookies and pastries are out of this world —specifically their cookie Royale —just amazing. The service is always quick and efficient, and staff extremely friendly and polite.

Prices are very reasonable and there is a ton of seating and tables next to this location to eat.

Just plain rude. Good way to ruin a decent coffee. Won’t EVER go back.

Very slow service. You can expect to wait 20 min with just one person ahead of you. It's also too expensive.

Hours are incorrect. It says it’s open until 8pm on google and they usually close around 5pm.
