This is one of the more eclectic eateries in Charlotte that specializes in traditional Thai Fusion dining. The inside is spacious and provides a very trendy feel, and the wait staff was very friendly. Food was good, but again, they follow more different menu as it includes sushi. Overall if you are looking for something different, this is your spot.
wow what a fantastic restaurant! staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic! We started with a Blossom roll and had some curry afterwards! I'm so happy we stopped here, we'll definitely be returning and with more friends!
How could I get any happier? I couldn't 🤷🏽♀️ Everything was delicious, the staff was willing to get on our level and work with us on things. Thank you CO!
1. Not $5 worth of dumplings. But they were good. 2. Tofu was over cooked and bland 3. My lime fell apart upon squeezing and offered zero lime juice 4. I paid extra for takeout, which makes no sense to me because it’s less work for them 5. The pad Thai appears to have been upcharged for the takeout experience… or they just upped their prices, which if I knew in advance I would not have purchased this meal… now that I think about it I’m pretty sure the dumplings were more than $5. 6. Pad Thai was mediocre 7. I didn’t even get any napkins
100% NOT worth the $30 I spent to bring this to my own table. I will not be ordering takeout here again.
Waiters were nice, but food was very disappointing. I ordered three items. Sashimi was ok. Vietnamese sandwich was pretty bad. Pho soup was the worst. One good thing is that this location was open fairly late and had cute interior design of their dining room. Overall I spent about $60, but I would have probably been better off going to Panda Express.
I want to start off by saying their pad thai is REALLY good! I ventured out a little and tried the curry and I was not a fan but that’s subjective. Overall I think this place is great! I’ll probably try some other things on the menus and come back and re-rate!

Very nice indoor and outside ambiance. The service was friendly and fast. We focused on the sushi.
This is a tapas kind of place but they also have larger meals and Pho.
Apps:
Beef and kimchi dumplings - very good
Yellowtail sashimi - awesome
Sushi:. Below average. Blemished avocado and the rolls were loose and fell apart.
Blossom - 2nd
Jersey - best
Buddha - 3rd didn't really like the flavor and the roll itself was very loose, falling apart when picked up.

If you haven't tried this place then it's worth a try.
Would it be on my list of must go to's or go back to because it was great. Probably not.
But the gyoza appetizer was great. The Korean bowl wasn't as good. And the katsu chicken bowl was better than the korea bowl.
It has great modern/contemporary dining layout.

Go to CO. Just go! We love it here. The food is on point every time. For the first time we were there during their Happy Hour.

If you’re craving for a good laksa — this is the place for you! Their appetizers are really so good! I can’t wait to come back!
