Went by on yesterday afternoon May 11.
The GIRLS were not friendly at all. One of them were actually leaning on the counter and seem very unhappy and impatient while I was viewing the menu.
She basically didn’t acknowledge me at all . I could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there at all!!!!! Very unprofessional and not friendly at all!! Terrible customer service!! I will never purchase from

I actually love the spice Chai Latte. What I don't love is their inconsistencies. What are the hours? Google says they are open until 7pm. The hours on the door say 9am-7pm, but the doors are locked and lights are off, before 7pm. A few weeks ago I was here just before 9 and the young woman inside paid no attention to me. Didnt open until almost 9:10. I try to call and no one answers. The customer service is so poor. I'm going to be looking for a new establishment to get my Chai Lattes. This place has disappointed too many times.

Portafilter left out of the brew head is a key signal the baristas don't know what they are doing. I asked them why and she said to make it quicker to get coffee added. Then the frothing wand had caked on milk from all day - gross. And after she frothed she didn't purge, which allows milk to make its way into the boiler and make it all sour. They need some training in a huge way. And that machine needs to be cleaned!

So incredibly disrespectful to diverse people. No accountability for workers behavior. Purposefully making coffee wrong and then making her feel in the wrong when she talked to manager (very nicely) about behavior. Will never go there - go to Mugs Coffee or Biddy and Beaus instead!

Bad customer service! The staff was not welcoming at all, the cashier was so rude. She looked and sounded so annoyed while taking my order. When my order was ready it was just left on the counter, I assumed it was mine so I had to go ask. The coffee was good but the service was BAD, will not be returning.

I just visited this location today. Every time I come here I typically have a good experience, like I come here every other week but today made me realize I have better luck going to A Dunkin in uptown Charlotte. One of the girls working today was unbelievably rude. When my mom questioned about the coffee she had about why her coffee honestly tasted awful like the girl didn’t have the sense to have stirred it before she handed it off like you’d think a coffee that is I don’t know $6 you’d think the “barista” would make it a little more than mediocre. My mom went on to make a comment that it just doesn’t taste right like Starbucks and the girl made sure to inform my mom that y’all are not starbucks. I’m glad your worker is smart enough to know where she works but I think she needs to be taught customer service. Hopefully a manager sees this because the girls took down my information and I would love to speak to someone with some authority.

Sam and the younger, tall girl that she was working with are FANTASTIC. So friendly and helpful! I commented on a three tier server they had on the counter saying how I was looking for that exact thing and she took it upon herself to call the owner and then came and FOUND us in the store to let us know where we could get it! Customer service at it finest and the coffee was also delicious :)

I go there every day that I work to get a caramel frappuccino, everybody who works there is beyond pleasant, also have the best quality and price for the drinks that they sell to my knowledge of places I have gone to in the mall

employees are rude, such a bad attitude. will not be coming back. came in here as a group with my cousins and she rolled her eyes as we walked in, looked annoyed that we were adding something else to our order. overall just bad service.

LOVED IT!! Free sample of coffee, and the very sizeable espresso brownie I purchased for just three dollars was something new, creative, and interesting! Give this place a go, if you are in/near Belk. ☕
