I just love Green Sage! You never have to worry about what's in the food because it's all good for you. The service is always friendly and helpful. If you've never been, give it a try. Any location has the same quality.

I like the menu and the food is pretty good. I like that all natural and organic ingredients are used, and this is worth paying for. However, the 10% service fee is completely uncalled for. I understand and appreciate that the owners would like to pay their staff more, but this is not the way. My suggestion, as a fellow small business owner, would be to find other avenues to offer employees a higher wage if that's the aim of the business. Tacking on 10% extra AND asking for tips is very off putting, and everyone I've talked to agrees. Drop this fee and find somewhere else in your bottom line to increase your employees wages!

One of my favorite places to grab a coffee & a snack. I can easily meet people here, great parking & something for everyone's taste. The avocado toast is delicious and their caramel latte is my favorite!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town, but lately they're just not cutting it. They've implemented their "10% service fee" on everything which is just simply tacked on to the price, much like tickets from Ticketmaster or an airline, rather than just increasing all of their prices. I've never heard of a restaurant doing this. I don't care if it's to pay your employees more...just be upfront and increase your price already and pay them what you will. Your customers aren't buying the food from you because of what you pay your employees. They're buying it from you because they think it's a better value than your competition. On my last visit I ordered a hamburger and fries with water to drink and it was almost $18. Last time I checked that's what I paid at Biltmore. Unfortunately the burger was much smaller than it has been in the past and left me still plenty hungry. So now we are paying more for a smaller amount of food. This is used to be one of the best options in North Asheville, but I'm afraid with this new business model they are destined for the same fate as their Westgate location.

I ordered a burger and soup. Soup was cold and no taste . Burger was just ok but the bread was like a Kotex . My wife got the fish tacos and they were a 5 out of 10

The employees missed out on a tip because of the service fee that is being snuck into the transaction. It’s a dishonest way to do business.

The smoothie is okay, but lacked flavor.

There’s potential if the management would adjust their billing and make a few adjustments to recipes

Stopped at Green Sage for the first time on our way out of town headed home to Charlotte. This location I believe was host remodeled . Clean , bright environment and wholesome food. Cindy took our order is was simply fantastic.

I really enjoyed the Appalachian Trail Plate (Vegan) with the Tempeh Bacon. This is the best vegan breakfast I've had to date at a restaurant. The flavors of the tempeh bacon with the sprouted tofu scramble, the locally made ciabatta bread with the vegan butter and jam (yum!) with the root hash was the perfect combinations of sweet and savory flavors! The meal was filling but I felt good after eating, not overly stuffed but adequately nourished. They give you your money's worth and I was satisfied after finishing it. Also, I enjoyed the vanilla latte I had with almond milk. I could really taste the quality and it was one of the best lattes I've had. I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to others as they have a myriad of options for everyone. Lastly, the service was welcoming and contributed to the overall pleasant experience. I opted to try this location based on other reviewers mentioning this location as the better one to visit. I am glad I went to this location as they did not disappoint.

We ordered pick up in store for breakfast on Sunday. The Kimchi Reuben was awesome. But the Avocado BLT had absolutely 0 avocado and 0 sauce. It was essentially bread with a big piece of lettuce, tomato slice, tempeh bacon. Very disappointing, but I'm sure it would have been good if executed properly, since we loved the Reuben.

Best vegan restaurant I've been to in a long time! Very good menu options too. I'm so glad I went here when I was in town!
