Great coffee, great service!

This is a nice coffee shop. They have live music a few days a week. Drinks are good. They have a large selection of baked goods including gluten free options.

Felt compelled to write a review to support this new small business in West Sayville. I got a simple almond milk latte which at some places can be bland and gross. Cool Beans has the best I ever had. Their coffee is a darker flavorful roast. Interior is so cute as well; a great place to get a coffee and hangout. Can’t wait to try some of their other items!

I’d give zero if I could. The staff was inattentive, and so incredibly rude. I overheard them badmouthing a brand new local place to customers and that was so unprofessional.

Friendly staff and delicious coffee! I got the maple latte (iced) and it’s my new go-to. I wish they were on main street to get the foot traffic they deserve, but if you’re looking for a quality cup of coffee, the little bit longer of a trip is completely worth it!
