Cool Beans Coffee

I stopped in this coffee shop on a whim after stumbling across it, and I'm so happy I did! I was immediately taken with the cozy vibe they have cultivated. The service was wonderful, the owner is very sweet and has a lot of big plans for her shop that sound very exciting and promising. I got an iced cinnamon latte with oat milk, and a gluten free banana bread and it was delicious!! I plan on coming back very often since they are within walking distance to me, and bringing my friends along! Definitely give this place a visit if you can!

I tried this place when it first opened an it was very good. Went today and certainly not the same… was highly disappointed. First they only had large ice coffee cups so I had to buy a large. Why I couldn’t order a medium and they not fill it up all the way not sure but okay. After about 15 minutes I finally get my ice coffee and it was anything but coffee. It was water down flavored milk. Couldn’t even drink 25% of it and it ended up in the trash. Consistency is key which is why people choose Starbucks over small coffee shops.

Cool coffee shop to break away from the big chains, with tons of flavor syrups. We both had iced butterscotch lattes with oat milk and the flavor was good, not too sweet and not too harsh. Overall a good experience and I'd come back.

Ordered an iced tea, and while it’s not bad (not amazing either) - $8 for a pretty small-sized large is pretty ridiculous. Definitely not worth it.

I’m from out of town and stumbled upon this cute spot… I’m so glad I did! Amazing service and atmosphere. Definitely stop by if you have chance.

Stopped in to cool beans today an tried a boba Thai tea today! It was delicious. Price was great for a large. Friendly customer service. The place is cute. I would definitely recommend this place.

LOVE this coffee shop!! We stopped here on our way home from Fire Island to grab a cup for the drive and decided right then it was our go to shop. Excellent coffee. DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich. Lovely staff. Can't wait to come back!

I stop in just about every day and and get my go-to iced large honey bee latte with oat milk! Nothing irritates me more than getting a coffee that tastes great one day and completely different the next. With Cool Beans Coffee they're consistent in what they do and truly take pride in the quality of every drink they make. The staff (who are also the owners, extra stars for them) take the time and explain the flavors and natural ingredients they use which helps you decide on the perfect cup for you! The interior is warm and charming and just the perfect atmosphere to enjoy your beverage. Definitely recommend trying this place out, you won't regret it!

After purchasing a large flavored iced latte & medium iced flavored matcha for $16.00 and the matcha was so bad, the "barista" would not take it back or add more syrup to make it satisfyingly drinkable. She refused to make another drink without being paid for it and, in order to make the matcha somewhat drinkable, I had to pay an additional $1.00 to get more syrup for it. The latte wasn't as bad but wasn't good either. This place is not open to develop a clientele but to make a quick buck and I, for one, will never return. We like to enjoy the smaller coffee house's beverages as the quality is better but even Dunkin's lattes are better than Cool Beans'. Don't waste your time and money on such a substandard product and keep driving just a little further east to Dunkin or Starbucks.
