Fun selection of ethnic cuisine. We had Ethiopian, Thai, and Vietnamese selections, and loved the CO-OP Market! Its a simple atmosphere with many tables and views of the street.

Very nice market with good variety of vendors. Loved that there was a good selection of veggie options, almost all stalls had something to chose from.

Cafeteria concept done right! This is a awesome collection of food, drinks, and style. There is even a very well stocked Coop with pretty decent prices. Outside space is a bonus with a fire pit.

I love the location of this dining hall. Most of the restaurants serve great food and the place is always packed. It's a bit pricey but, they have a lot of plainclothes "violence interrupters" so the upper middle class patrons can safely enjoy the scene. I really love this place and it's location, I just wish the service level wasn't bare minimum. Still, it's almost impossible to get people to work these days and I should have lower expectations for noncorporate food service staff. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

My father and I love trying new foods, and salt city market has something for everyone. He and I ate at the Burmese place and it was delicious. There are so many vendors it can be difficult to choose just one. There is also a place that sells specialty juice and smoothies, their flavors are both unusual and delicious. Its just such a fun place with lots of options.

A friend just introduced me to this place yesterday.
I will definitely be beck!
The bartender, Jacob, was fun and knowledgeable and his drinks were spectacular!
The food choices were wide and varied.
The only problem I had was many of the booths close down from 3-4 which was e aptly when I had decided to eat, but now I know, and, if you're reading this, you do too.
Cheers!

This is such a gem of a place to have downtown in Syracuse. You can experience so many unique international foods from the various restaurants that are situated food court style in the building. Everything I've tried this far has been incredible and I feel I can safely assume anything I'd be likely to try would be equally delicious. The market attached to the one end of the dining area is great too with a wide array of goods you'll likely be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. Very much looking forward to going again soon.

Throughly enjoyed my lunch today at Big in Burma. Ordered a delightful Tea Green Leaf salad. It was full of flavor, crispy, fresh, and healthy. DELISH πŸ˜‹! This was my first visit here and I love the cleanliness, all the natural light, enthnicity choices and the people are absolutely lovely!πŸ’• All worth the wait and I will definitely be going back.

Love the concept. It gives diverse group of people a comfortable environment to try cuisines that otherwise may never have the opportunity. I love that the selection of vendors is so diverse representing a wide demographic. We need more of things like this. This is what brings the world together. I loved my mixed shawarma lunch plate from Baghdad. Delicious.

This place is similar to the concepts you see at many colleges. Now, it’s not just for college kids! The traffic of people walking in was consistent. This is going to be a regular go-to for me!
