I've never before been to a food-court type place where every restaurant has appealing food. There were 3 of us, we all got different food, and it was all excellent. Really cool vibe. Sit at a big table and have a chat with new people! Totally recommend.

If you're in downtown Syracuse and looking for a quick bite and a brewskie, this is the place to go. Imagine a food court with an attached bar and the occasional live music.. and in a downtown location.

Salt City Market is phenomenal!! The variety of options is truly fun and we've eaten at 4 separate locations and they have all been amazing. It truly appears to be a situation where you can't go wrong and that excites he to keep coming back for more. This most recent trip we stopped at Baghdad and Soulutions and they both blew us away. Huge shout-out to the falafel though from Baghdad as the star of the show. It was perfection in taste and texture and the best I've ever had. The slammin' yams from Soulutions was a star in its own right, if you like sweet stuff like me, dive in mouth first!

There is so much more to be had here and I can't encourage you enough to go and try it out. There is a small market with plenty of organic options and a surprisingly solid selection of fresh produce. There's also a bar attached for you to hang and chill longer. If you haven't already been, get going and Enjoy!!
