Went to meet a friend in Pittsford today to catch up... almost 6 months since seeing her last with all of the COVID restrictions and just life in general. I went to the door of the Village Bakery and the owner came to the door to say they were closed. I said thank you, and he asked me what I was looking for and I said two iced teas to share with a friend. He told me to enjoy the patio and brought out two iced teas and wouldn’t accept money. THIS is customer service... not to give anything away for free but to treat people well. As long as the Village Bakery is in business I will be a customer. Thank you to the generous business owner that made my day 💛 If you’re in Pittsford stop in for a refreshment and excellent customer service 👌🏼 Any baked good or beverage I’ve ever had there was exceptional.

Outstanding! Everything on the menu is awesome! We are from NH and was introduced to the village bakery from our son who attended college in Rochester (Nazareth) and we love coming back just for the village bakery!
3-14-19 Miss this bakery! You should consider a location in NH!

Great place for bread when they have the kind you are looking for. Great cold brew coffee when they have it. Get what I'm saying? Not the best place if you have a personal space issue either. Food and drink are great when you take into account what I already mentioned.

Wow so beautiful inside! The food was great. I had a B.A.L.T sandwich on sourdough bread. Very yummy. The cashier was very helpful in suggestions as this was my first visit.

I normally love, love, love the Village Bakery & Cafe. Today was just ok. I came in with only 1 person ahead of me in line, pre-lunch crowd. Well that's where the experience went down hill. I waited 38 minutes for a to-go Mediterranean salad which I have gotten before. It looked like they forgot to put half of it in the bowl. The tomatoes are roasted but were very mushy & tasted spoiled. I was also missing the feta cheese. The coffee was good. From now on, I will stick with the sandwiches which are always good.

Ok, I will admit it. I am addicted to the almond croissant at Village Bakery & Cafe. I always order a health breakfast with eggs and turkey sausage. Then I proceed to eat my almond croissant while waiting for my order to cook. Needless to say, I often end up taking home leftover eggs! The portion size of the eggs, by the way, is very generous and they are really quite delicious. I have also eaten lunch here and my salad was served with a slice of their homemade bread.

Excellent breakfast choices of egg sandwiches, French toast and more. Orange juice was fresh and coffee is equal to Starbucks.

Great coffee. I went on a busy Saturday, but I had to wait 20 mins for a cappuccino, which is unacceptable. The parking is terrible and there isn't enough space for everyone. I recommend going here, but be prepared to wait if you go at 12:00 on a Saturday.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches for lunch! I love that it's local. It also has delicious breads and pastries. I wish that the pittsford location had a bigger parking lot, but there's limited space in the village and there's parking across the street.

Great Sunday brunch spot. The coffee is free refills and the place has a nice clean, modern feel to it. The food is plated nicely, and the menu has some really interesting options.
