Was there this evening with my son. The food was delicious, the service was great(thank you Scottie G) and the prices were reasonable. I will dine there again when I am in the area.

I had been here around 10 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Cauldren of soup and salad with a good meal. Things have changed. New owners, new menu, not for the good. 👎
The waitress was very nice. We didn't stay.

One of my favorite restaurants ever! The soup tureen is huge. It's a pot of soup! No where else do they do this! Plus the salad! The choices of dressing is hard because they bring out this contraption that gives you choices of dressings! The food is excellent! The steaks to die for! If you are ever in Old Forge it is a must go!!

Just had a great lunch on a beautiful afternoon. The service was great, the staff really nice, and the food was excellent. This kitchen doesn't skimp on ingredient quality. Will definitely eat here again!!!

Delicious salads and homemade dressings. Love the soup of the day. Always a treat.. Main entree selections are always a great variety and wonderful. Plan on dining there frequently either in main dining room or casually in lounge area. Looking forward to our first visit this season.

I was not at all impressed with this establishment. We got there about 6:30 on a Sunday evening and walked up to the hostess station, which was empty because she had wandered off. The bartender waved us over to him and instructed us to go to the dining room to be seated immediately, only for us to stand around a few minutes before one of the wait staff told us to go back out to the hostess station. The hostess reappeared and took our name and told us we would have a 30-40 minute wait. THERE WAS NOWHERE TO SIT while we waited. We were exhasted from a day of walking all over town and the kids were rambunctious, and probably annoying the patrons who were eating, as we had no place to wait. As we were pushing the 45 minute mark, and I started to call other local restaurants to check on their wait time, we were finally seated. The hostess gave us all adult menus, even though we had 2 young children in our party. Our waitress briefly ran down the kids menu for us, but only after we complained about not having kid menus, and we finally placed our orders. My youngest daughter ordered the kids mac and cheese - and it was a TINY bowl of KRAFT BOX MAC AND CHEESE, which did not fill her at all - which is terrible as she is a tiny kid that doesn't eat much. She had to eat one of my youngest son's chicken tenders to feel full, as there were no sides AT ALL with her dinner. The food was WAY overpriced, and I do mean WAY overpriced. I ordered the stuffed pork chop - for $24 and I kid you not, my dinner came with FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES that were MUSHY, a scoop of mashed potatoes and the pork chop itself only tasted like salt. I think it was supposed to be stuffed with some sort of cranberry and pear chutney, but it was all horrible. My husband liked his dinner - he got the pot roast, but he LOVES salty food. My oldest daughter got the flat iron steak, and liked the steak, but they also both got a side of frozen vegetables. Our waitress was nice, but blamed the slow service on the fact that a waitress fell and dislocated her shoulder on the premises. I honestly cannot believe the people of Old Forge allow themselves to be bamboozled by this establishment! There are other, far better restaurants to eat at, like Billy's and Slickers. We will never go back.

Needed more help. Very slow service. Got grilled chicken salad. Did not come as ordered and chicken was cold out of the fridge. On the bright side my husband got a burger and fries and said they were very good

Even though they were short-staffed. The servers were amazing and very efficient. The food was even better! Get the ranch fries. You can’t go wrong ;)

Be sure to be sat by a hostess that way you'll be served quicker. Our dinner was delicious incredible plate portions, great Christmas decor.

New owners
Offers a very small menu, no more kettles of soup with your meals salad not impressive no fresh bread. Had to have been store bought. I ordered a Prime Rib dinner.. every item on my plate was cold, the meat was over cooked with no flavor. I seriously was so upset that I couldn't eat.( it was my birthday)...$24.00.
The meal was awful!
This WAS my favorite restaurant. I won't go there again.
