Yelped a coffee shop and this place came up. It was around 9pm when I came in here, one of the few places open at that time, and there was a big line to my surprise. I thought maybe it’s a really good place since so many people flock here. Now I am just giving my two cents about their coffee, not anything else since nothing else was purchased. I ordered an iced latte and I was pretty disappointed. First off the taste it had was as I describe old coffee, why? It has happened to me at home where if you reuse the coffee filter for the expresso machine you will get the taste of old coffee oils infused into your fresh coffee. Lastly I was surprised my latte was weak tasting, how do I know good coffee is good, by having after taste coffee in your mouth. This latte was very weak.
Now it could have been that they were so busy or the young girl did not know, i dont know either.

I was really sleepy and had to drive back to NYC so i eventually stopped off at a 7-11 and made me fresh ground iced latte to go! Again, this review can not speak for the entirety of the place. Maybe if the owner reads this review, it might be something they can correct.

The decor was really nice and all food was displayed very well. Place is decently large. Customer service was not too bad. Just wish they had a line control as people just walked in and they wanted to skip a line i was already waiting on 12 minutes. The person who helped me was very friendly. I gave the place three stars based on the based on my coffee. I am sure the coffee here can be much better with better machine tuning and employee training.

Outstanding latte and scones. They roast their own beans and do baking on site. This is true coffee. I am a purist and I insist on a real cup. They understand.

Coffee is the freshest you will find. Aldo gave me a brief lesson on how to grind and brew my coffee. After that day I never looked back and my espresso has never been any more perfect. Thank you, Aldo. Cheers

I'm not sure why this place has high ratings. Ordered a cappuccino and also got a chocolate croissant and a chocolate scone. Asked for a large cappuccino and got a regular. The milk inside the cappuccino was like froth of soap which can be seen from the picture. The frothing is a rather important step when you make a cappuccino. The coffee tasted horrible, like it was burnt and a friend who got a double espresso couldn't drink it for a while cause it was too hot.. Cause that was burnt too.

The scone was a bit stale or just not that good. I'd say probably the most average scone you can get. I then went to get a chocolate croissant hoping that would at least be passable and asked twice if they could heat it up, and I got a nod and then was served the croissant directly without it being heated up. Probably didn't understand what I was asking. That would have been fine if It was a decent croissant. It was not. What makes it worse, is that they have a sign saying freshly baked for the scones and the croissants and they don't taste like freshly baked goods, but rather freshly unwrapped.

Other than it looking rather quiant, I'm not sure what the appeal Is. Not a place I'd look forward to going to meet a friend, other than a stop to get away from the cold.

I was walking down the street and the aroma of delicious roasting coffee beans pulled me to this establishment. I looked at the long line and almost turned around. But the aroma of the coffee was so delicious, I decided to wait. It took about 10 minutes, but the wait was definitely worth it. Every cup of coffee is made fresh and was delicious. Try their Sumatra blend. DELICIOUS!

The iced mocha was absolutely delicious. When I asked the staff if there was a coffee menu they rudely said yes in the back. Instead of being welcoming and explaining what their most popular coffee they did not care I was. Great coffee. Bad customer service.

Really glad we started our morning here.

The coffee is a hit! Nice strong Spanish Coffee. We got the Cortado.

Fresh croissants and pastries every morning. You could tell they were fresh.

It was a nice feel sitting there and enjoying the coffee. We stayed an hour just relaxing.

There were plenty of locals grabbing some coffee from here as well

This is the freshest cup of coffee you will ever get. They grind the beans right then and there so you get the freshest cup! Hot or cold coffee, it's all delicious! Really cute atmosphere, you can sit in or out in the little patio area overlooking the water and the carousel! Love it!

It’s a nice place, but I’m a coffee snot, bought a bag and my medium roast bean tasted a bit over roasted. I’d still grab a cup of Joe here when I need the caffeine fix though.

I had hot cocoa and my husband had a regular coffee from this charming little shop on the greenport waterfront. Both were very good. I was very happy to see that it is a family-owned enterprise.
