Aldo roasts his own beans, and serves a mean hot chocolate. Plenty of seating and great views make this a really wonderful spot for coffee in all seasons.

Roasted in house. Got a chance to speak with Aldo himself. Absolutely wonderful, cozy, friendly, charming space. Quintessential coffee shop for its surroundings. Absolutely perfect! Also, get a cappuccino. Delicious.

Nice coffee shop in the heart of Greenport
Dan ross
Burned, bitter Italian style coffee that tastes like an ash tray, but a sweet old school place

Best coffee in town! I love black coffee and you can see Aldo roasting his coffee beans. Chocolate croissants are also amazing
Gretchen Berger
The only real coffee bar in town, but didn't live up to the artisanal hype. Maybe it was the beans that were kind of blah. Not what I expected, but satisfactory though pricey. I prefer Starbucks, sadly.

Aldo's coffee is lovingly roasted on premisis, there's a good chance you will get to see Aldo in the shop. All of their coffee drinks are based off of espresso. You can get an Americano, but not a brewed or poored over coffee. Aldo's does not serve specialty drink flavors like 'white mocha' or 'caramel', but you can finagel a mocha by requesting a hot chocolate with a shot of esspresso. This is a serious coffee place, if you love coffee then you'll love Aldo's.

Everything I tried was delicious: scones, croissant, chocolate croissant, orange juice, iced mocha. The wait can be a bit long but it's worth it! Plus there is a backyard.

Rude owner. Burnt coffee. Scones are greasy and disgusting. Long lines. Pretentious Hampton fake Brooklyn hipster wannabe clientele. Avoid unless you fit this profile.

Forget that phony corporate coffee shop across the street (St*rbucks) - Aldo's is the real deal. Superb coffee rosted on location - rare and exotic beens, amazing! Then, there's the Biscotte... the best on this side of the Atlantic ocean. Freshly made - wonderful! And to top it off Aldo is one of the most incredible people I have ever met. Such a warm and friendly soul. This place is the best kept secret of the entire east end of Long Island. (Update: Sh*tbucks formally across the street is out of business)
