Valkyrie Coffee Roasters

We were staying nearby at Legoland and it was unseasonably chilly for June so we wanted a warm beverage to heat us up. I love finding local coffee shops and Valkyrie did not disappoint! The girls working were so pleasant and helpful, as they explained the drink offerings. I had the Nutella Graham and my wife had the Campfire Mocha. I was in awe with the pride in preparing our drinks. Amazing place. This is a must visit for anyone in the area. We'll worth it! Even grabbed a cork-bottomed mug!

Great coffee shop! what else can I say but always consistent with a large variety of coffee!

For those who appreciate a really good cup of coffee (or iced coffee), and a non-sweet chai, definitely recommend this place. Really good.

This place is awesome! It's not some dime a dozen, Dunkin wannabe, where you run in to grab your cheap caffeine fix on your way to work. I mean, you can, but it'd be a total waste.
This a coffee shop for people who LOVE COFFEE! They roast all their own beans and even have the roaster set up right there in the corner so you can watch!
Our barista (Olivia) was awesome too. I ask for her recommendation and just told her what kind of coffee I normally drink, and she nailed it!
Highly recommend this place and I will be coming back.
FYI, they usually only have one barista working, so if you time it wrong you might have to wait a minute. (worth it though)

Awesome and personable service with coffee that not only tastes delicious, but a process of making such that feels like your watching your favorite band at a concert.

Great coffee and the atmosphere. Super friendly people. Don't come in a rush, this isn't Starbucks - plan to relax and take your time. You'll enjoy it.

Super nice staff in a cozy venue. The espresso has been hit or miss though. We stop by every few weeks and either love the coffee or wish it was like the trip's before. If youre used to chain coffee though and not local roasters these guys are a huge step up.

We came up to the area for a wedding earlier this summer and were so happy to find a coffee roaster with such a diverse menu of amazing pour over options. So good! It was so great to talk to Dakota and the staff about their story, their coffee sourcing, unique coffee processing methods, and farmers they partner with. And I can’t forget to mention the ube pop tart which was amazing!
