Super cute! Lovely modern Scandinavian Vibe. My latte was delicious and the homemade baked goodies are worth traveling for. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Will become a regular spot for us.

This is the most amazing boutique coffee shop. If you want amazingly unique drinks in a cool place check out Valkyrie. The little town is full of history, the building is full of history, and the coffee shop is full of amazing coffee smells.

Easily the best coffee in the area! I mostly just buy my beans and make coffee at home and having easy access to a high-quality roaster right in Chester is a dream come true. The staff is extremely friendly and I'm consistently impressed that Dakota, the owner, greets me when I come in.

And of course they make a great drinks in house too! When I'm in the mood for espresso, I find that the folks at Valkyrie can make a top-tier cup. This is definitely the place to be if you love coffee.

Large variety of flavorful coffee. Properly made with great customer care and a relaxed setting. Great place to meet with friends or focus to get some work done

Coffee was Awesome! I had a homemade waffle funnel with homemade whipped cream and it was delicious. If you love coffee you need to try this place!

You must go here at least once in your life. The coffee- especially the seasonal drinks- are outstanding. Everything is made with love. The vibe of the whole place is so chill. The owner is so down to earth and nice. 10/10

Dakota is passionate about sourcing the best beans and roasting in house. The cafe is warm and welcoming just like Dakota. This will be a regular haunt of mine. A must stop for locals and travelers.

Lovely little shop in very cute Main Street of Chester. I had a delicious Vietnamese KaPhe and my wife had oat milk latte. We bought a pound of coffee to take home with us, too. Very friendly staff and comfortable environment.

Probably the best small-town coffee-focused cafe in New York. Solid drinks, beans roasted in-house, and great ambiance. It feels like they're still working on their extraction and steaming technique (espresso extraction and milk stretching each went on for a bit too long), but still quite tasty. Will return!
