The coffee is REALLY good, and you can tell there is a great deal of thought, care, expertise and creativity put into the roasting and drink creation. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable, and they always have a good stock of treats that my kids go nuts for (me too, if we’re being honest!). This is the perfect spot to work remote, meet up with friends, hold a business meeting, or cozy up with a good book. Highly recommend!

Love this coffee shop!! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I was visiting from out of town and my friends recommended this spot. I'm so glad they did. Now I'm not allowed to come home without a few bags of coffee beans, otherwise I get cussed out.

There's also a walking trail behind the the store. So I get to enjoy my fresh coffee right away while walking the dog.

I live out of town but always make it my mission to stop in while I'm in New York.

This was my first time ever visiting His Establishment and I am glad to have found it. I will definitely come here whenever I am in town!!!!!

I loved my oat milk matcha latte. The challamin bun looked so good, although I didn't have one ( I just saw another patron with it). The two baristas were also super friendly. They offered suggestions to patrons based on their stated likes and engaged with everyone with a friendly demeanor. I loved the vibe. It was a solid, good, bustling coffee shop. I'll definitely be back!

Cute place with great coffee. After family had recommended it, I visited and got an iced latte which tasted very good. The barista was nice and quick.

Will be visiting again.

Delightful surprise when visiting for Storm King. Owner Dakota uses cocktail approach to coffee specials and makes oat mil fresh in house. My s’mores-like latte was smoked with applewood and garnished with a charred marshmallow. Delish! Thanks for your hospitality, Dakota!

the coffee was so good, which is really hard to find in the area! i got to chat with the owner for a good while and he was so kind and clearly passionate about what he does. there’s also roasting done right in the cafe which is always amazing. also really cool specials menu with locally sourced and handmade ingredients

Super friendly service and the ongoing background conversations reminded me of something out Portlandia😆 in a good way.
I liked their drink menu, especially the ube-ccino and Vietnamese kaphe. Hard to find anything like that around here. Cute merch, clean bathroom- I would like to see more seating. Will be back.

I come here once or twice a week now. A great place to grab a craft coffee where they take pride in their business! Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious coffee and friendly faces.
