Grinds 122 Cafe

Honestly I love Grinds so much. It is one of the best cafe's I have ever been to. It's always buzzing but never too busy to keep up the service. Great selection of.... Well everything actually. Lots of baked goods ready to eat, fine selections of coffee's and drinks. Plenty to choose from in the way of breakfast and lunch. I LOVE the eagle's nest. I probably get it every time I go there for breakfast honestly. It hits the spot and like the rest of the menu, is very affordable too.

I used to love it here but the past couple times I’ve went the coffee and food wasn’t great. Lukewarm iced coffee, cold lattes, and wasted money. My most recent visit, I asked for no roasted peppers on my panini and when I got halfway home I checked and there was a ton of roasted red peppers, so much so that the bread was wet and mushy from all the juice, it was gross. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this place used to have great baristas and I loved stopping, but now I’m too worried I’ll waste more money. I will say the chocolate chip cookies are fantastic!! Haha. Sorry grinds

This place is a joke. I know with short staff, it's not the employees fault. A direct reflection on the owner. Food is mediocre at best. Coffee, when actually brewed is burnt tasting. Desserts were recommended by a associate, from what I tried, I could get better at a save-a-lot bakery. Not impressed.

This could be the cutest little coffee shop in Brockport. Unfortunately the customer service is HORRIBLE. The coffee was cold and the smoothies are watery. The food isn’t bad, but oh man no smiles or any real acknowledgement when you walk through the door. The ladies that worked there also were not present or patient when we were ordering food. It’s not that hard to be nice.

Looks trendy. Lunch menu was small and lacking variety. Service was very slow. Lots of room for growth.

Great place to eat and have a coffee.

My girlfriend and I went here today and we used to come here all the time and it was good but this has changed my whole mind we ordered food and it took 50 mins to come out and with the wait time we got a show of one of the employees adjusting her pants multiple times so our food was nicely served with butt juice …like that is so unclean. My “breakfast” empanada was so greasy my hand was covered in grease as soon as I touched it and the breakfast empanada only had beef in it which I don’t understand how beef and breakfast are correlated but apparently that was my breakfast.. please don’t waste your time or money and just go to a local garbage can and eat out of it… it would be a better experience and faster… JUST PLEASE DONT GO I miss the old grinds

In response to someone who recently left a review to Grinds “Ashley Patten” You seem to have an issue. You want to dictate who to fire/who should or shouldn’t work there. i’m sure you weren’t the most pleasant customer to work with. You should absolutely take your business elsewhere so the employees don’t have to deal with the difficulties i’m sure you give. you’re so quick to blame people at the front counter. and Raylynn, the most kind, hardworking employee at the location doesn’t deserve to be singled out over a google review. have a great day :)

3rd visit, last visit. 1st 2 visits ordered sub par breakfasts. Last visit waited a full 8 minutes inside just to order one coffee to go. No smile or cheer. Don't think they like what they do.Two staff walked by, one to idly take a break telling the 1 barista working she'd be back in 15 minutes. Thanks, no thanks. I'll spend my money at a friendlier and fast spot on Main Street. Lesson learned.

First time here with my wife. If they have coffee creamer as one of the selections id give it 5 stars. Food was great coffee was good too.
