Tim Hortons

A new location. While extremely clean and the line staff are quick, the cashiers do not know the menu and are slow to get your order. Check your order before you leave, mine wasn't right.

This Arcade location has fast service and is always clean inside. Only downside is that the drive-thru is very narrow and they often have machines broken down.

I try to avoid this place in the morning for work but some days it’s hard not to if you need something quick. The only thing is when you go there they either screw it up, don’t have it ready or just are obnoxious and have to ask you multiple times. The one lady is so obnoxious its irritating and she’ll damn near throw the food and drinks at ya through the window. Shes just not pleseant to be around either cause majority of the time she’s bitching and yelling about stuff that I don’t need to know about as a customer.

They are always pleasant in there. But 5he Loaded breakfast wraps are not worth the $4.20. Better off getting the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwich.

This place just goes from bad to worse. They rarely get orders right. Sometimes we get 400 straws and others 0. Today I asked if they had mint tea and they said yes. I asked for it to be iced. I even said it twice. They handed me a hot tea. When I said I wanted it iced the employee said "uh we don't have mint iced tea". Seriously? You clearly have mint tea and ice...combine the two and you have mint iced tea. Also they do maintenance on their machines at weird times. Their panini are rarely cooked all the way. Their coffee is super inconsistent. I may have to start going elsewhere which is sad bc we stop several times a week.

Customer service was fast for as much ppl as they had in the drive thru and in the building my wife said a creepy employee was looking at her but All in all 👍🏾👍🏾🤷🏾‍♂️

Literally the worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. Only car in the drive thru and I have to wait 5 minutes before they even take my order then 5 more minutes waiting for my coffee. Twice in one day.. won't come back to this one.

The wait in line time is getting bad -- 7 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get to drive up window and after all that time - they still got my order wrong

Service was fast. But it was noisy. There was a big family their with little kids. But the family knew some workers there and they were talking across the room very loudly. This is not a quiet place to get some work done.

An OK Tim Hortons, pretty much the same everywhere, if they get my order right! It can be very busy in the morning time otherwise not to bad.
