Tim Hortons

It was alright, first experience at Tim Hortons. I drink BRCC, so I wasn't impressed with the Coffee. The donuts were pretty good, the breakfast was the normal made in a microwave, priced like it's fresh fare. Overall an average experience. I knocked a star because they had quite a few flies in the store.

It's a typical newer, smaller Tim Hortons. Seating inside was limited before covid19. Now it's almost nonexistent. Of the three tables that were available, two of them were occupied each by a single TH employee, in uniform. We took our order outside and ate.

Our order was correct, ready in a reasonable length of time, but we had to send someone back to the counter for napkins. Recommend drive-thru.

Every time I go there they don't have hashbrowns or cookies and the cup size of the iced coffee seems to change. I definitely don't recommend this location!

Swarms of flies inside. Came in for a quick bite, looked at the donut display and saw flies crawling on a few. Immediately wanted to barf. Told the cashier and he seemed like he couldn’t care less. Ordered a breakfast sandwich instead, it was very underwhelming. This was my first impression of a Tim Horton’s and I don’t think I’ll be going back to one ever again,

Worse Tim Horton's ever!! People need to wear a hair nets and wash your hands!! Omg
You have a lot of workers but they need to get organized!! The owner should be looking at this store, just horrible!! I got two medium coffees, one black and one with two cream, cup was not marked and when I asked , it still wasn't corrected! You got the wrong person being a supervisor here! One guy kept touching his hair, then making drinks and getting donuts when I said something to the other cashier she said "" yea, they all do it""
Don't they get inspected??

This Tim Hortons along with the many others in the area benefits from the dependability you can expect from the sameness in menu and food quality. Unfortunately, this quality is simply not all that spectacular. However, being a newer location this Timmy Hos is markedly better in environment than surrounding franchises. It has a smaller dining room than many but is very appropriately cozy.

They are so nice and very attentive to customer needs! I had a big order and they made sure I got everything I needed and that the order was correct before I left. Plus, they even offered to help me carry out my food. While I was waiting the one woman came up to me and asked me if i needed anything while I waited.

Of the dozen times I have come to this Tim Hortons vs the Chaffee location, they have messed up my order EVERY TIME but once! It is sad when you cut customers off, talk over them, or simply just hear what you want. Last Saturday you couldn't get a dozen right when I asked for 3 kinds...I got 11 different..... Tonight I ordered a Mixed Berry Smoothie... you repeated back my order correctly yet still managed to give me a Orange Pineapple smoothie. You had a 50/50 chance of getting the smoothie right if you just guessed since you only serve 2 kinds ... 100% chance if you took the order correctly and paid attention. Hands down worst TH location. It's like the employees don't even care. Apparently neither does the management, because I see people complaining all the time about this location yet nothing changes.

Hidden right on the main street, it was an easy in/out purchase. The staff were friendly and the coffee was made perfectly. Thanks.

They always screw up orders and don't care. wait 20 minutes or longer in the drive thru
