Tim Hortons

Walked in at 9pm and place was filled with smoke, coffee was not hot and doughnut display had bare sections that stlii had dirty parchment. No customers inside and none at drive thru. It still took 10 min to get a LG DO and a medium ice white mocha latte

Everytime I go there this older broad burns my food and gives me additude. She also disregards anytime I ask to have my breakfast sandwich made a certain way. So now I just let her make it the way she feels like it. Which is usually somehow both burnt and soggy.

The arcade Tim hortons is one of the worst Tim hortons in the country I ordered my stuff with two hash browns (wanted 5) and was told I’d have those hash browns with my order needless to say not only did I not get my sides with my order my wife wanted a pretzel bagel and got to ends and was furious I was very upset with my experience there and will not be going back anytime soon

I’ve gone to this location for two days in a row (because of a wedding near by) and had similar experiences. Quick service, friendly faces, and a place where people come to meet, talk, and enjoy your Tim’s. If you have the chance, stop on by!

Slowest tim hortons I've ever been to. I had to sit at the drive thru for 12 mins at the window for 1 coffee. Ended up shutting my car off. Never again.

Awful! The wait is terrible and costumer service is horrible. Coffee is not worth the wait ! Don't waste your time!!

Usually pretty accurate when it comes to my order. But I would say about 25% of the time I have issues but the food is the same no matter where you go. But you need to be specific with them. There's a huge difference between toasted and lightly toasted.

Waited 18 minutes in line today for a terrible, smashed, burnt sandwich. The cashier didn't say anything to me at the window. Terrible service, terrible wait time. I've had a lot of problems with this location lately. Disappointed.

We repeated ourselves 5 times to get the order and I was yelling the order in... my husband tried as well.... asked if we could just tell him at the window he said no we need to speak up. So again I yelled the order. Got to the window to pay and they told us to please wait in the parking lot they would bring it out... now we have been sitting here for 22 min . A joke! This is not the first time at all. We come back to try again and the same thing over and over again.

Waited inside for 15 minutes before ordering, despite being 2nd in line. Waited another 5 minutes for 3 drinks and some timbits. There was a complete ineptitude from the employees. They were also out of eggs and potatoe wedges. Will not return here and will take my buisness to the Chafee location.
