Both of my breakfast sandwiches were cold the kid working told me there were no more eggs or sausage made and proceeded to MICROWAVE my food.

Perfect to get coffee and snacks if you have a 18 wheeler you drive with. This is the nicest parking and coffee spot for truckers. Easy in easy out. Nice staff, good kids, fast.

This is the worst tim hortons I've ever been to, they never have chicken and rarely have steak. I dont know if they just dont feel like making it it or what? The past 5 times I've been there has been a disappointment.

every single morning before school i get tim hortons. my original order is a medium caramel iced coffee 2x2. but, they seem to make it so horrible each time. i never have a good day with my coffees. i tried to up my sugar and creamer but ordering a 3x3. it still tastes the same as the 2x2!! i’m starting to think they don’t even put any in at all. it tastes rlly bitter and absolutely horrible. recently i increased my sugar and creamer and i now order 4x4. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. no change. i get disappointment every time i receive my order. honestly, sardinia is so much better and i recommend goi my there than here !!!

Good coffee and easy to navigate drive through unless you are the owner of a full-sized pickup. The driveway is narrow and the turns are too sharp to stay between the curbs. It's one of their compact stores so dine-in is very limited and so is selection. I've only seen 3 or 4 employees which is problematic if you're on your way to work.

Product is good just like any other Tim Hortons.

But several issues that need improvements as soon as possible.

The drive through service is extremely slow. It’s a Saturday at 10am and I waited for minimally 8 to 10 minutes in line. Even when I finally made it to the speaker to order I waited almost 2 minutes for someone to come on to take the order.
Second issue is the engineering of the way you exit the drive through. I have a full size pick up and it’s very difficult to make the turns with out entering the other lanes. Especially with a dumpster blocking the view. It appears to be a trend of poor engineering of drive throughs at most Tim Hortons but this one in particular is not user friendly.
I do not like giving poor ratings and reviews but this had to be said.

First off we waited a solid 10 minutes for our food, after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The young women on the speaker was rude and had absolutely no patience. We were made to go sit in the parking lot in wait, when the young women came out with our food she chucked it in our car and said have a nice day with such an attitude. You work in fast food for a reason. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would!

Struggled choosing 2 vs 3 stars. VERY long wait in drive through-25 minutes to be exact. We would've just left but there was no way out. Anyway, when we finally did get served, the workers were friendly and our order was provided correctly. Because of the long wait, we ended up ordering more than we originally planned to make it worth our while.

Waited in drive thru line three days ago, with one car in front of me at 1:42 pm. It took 14 minutes to get one cup of black coffee, left drive thru at 1:56pm. Today I sat in drive thru line at 2:59-3:01, not a word from anyone. When I said “hello?” I got yelled at from a girl stating “look we are training in here and will be with you in a minute, alright!” Who talks like that to a customer ? I told her it was not alright and her response was “fine, what do you want then!?” I told her nothing and drove away. When I said it wasn’t alright, it was because of the words she used with the attitude behind them. Had she said “I’ll be with you in just a minute” I would have been ok. Utterly rude and disgusting treatment from someone in customer service position not to mention she SHOULD NOT BE TRAINING ANYONE! If zero stars were possible they would get nothing!
