Absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been at. They never make coffee correctly and they are always rude no matter what time of day it is.

Tim Hortons always good. Busy. But they always good go there for the food, donuts. They have the roll ups right now until April 3rd so go get your roll up. Tim Hortons in arcade is good a beautiful people there even the manager he's cool his name is Terry. Now we don't have to talk through a plastic where they used to have it up on top and you couldn't hear them half the time that is down

Usually no problems here, but 2 times I have order vanilla cream donuts and there is NO FILLING !!! Those are my favorite. And since I am on the road to Roswell , there is no time for me to turn around and complain !!! Very very unsatisfied !!!

Went this morning a Monday after Christmas weekend @ 5am man "O" man the employees were fast everything we ordered was correct and had the freshest doughnut I have had in a long time.. Whomever was working fantastic job ( they should get a raise)

Poor experience. Rushed while ordering. Not friendly. When we got our breakfast wraps they weren’t even wrapped and the drink we got wasn’t filled all the way. Will not be going here again.

Who ever owns these Timmy ho's out here need to get these places straight. I'm sick of ordering a cold brew with espresso and getting home to find I have a ice coffee with fing whip cream. I'm sick of being told the espresso machine is always broken at night. I'm sick of being charged for drinks I don't get. I'm The fool that keeps going back trying and hoping it will be right but never is. How hard is it to make a correct order? But $15hr right? What a joke. Oh I've called and asked for a manager and they must not have any cause they are never available.

Wouldn’t serve me in the drive through because I was on my bicycle. Waited ten minutes and waived and talked to the speaker. Nothing. I finally move out of line, and what do you know? Speaker works perfectly. Never going here ever again.

Some employees are rude, but the others make up for the rude ones. I usually go through the drive thru for my iced coffee, if there's more than 2 cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait for 20 minutes for your one coffee. If you're in a rush and there's a line, don't bother stopping unless you're willing to wait.

Work under pressure don’t take a supervisors position! With a line of customers and the employees doing the best they could she was horribly rude and inconsiderate to her workers. Totally unprofessional. Step down if you as a super can’t work as a team with your fellow employees!

Went through the drive through asked for an iced coffee. When I get to the window she handed me a hot coffee. I told the girl I ordered an iced coffee, VERY RUDELY the girl replied -“next time don’t say coffee just say iced.” What??? They have more than one iced drink. Social media is not going to be their friend when I get done. Never returning again. Customer service sucks
