Wow, so now I know why this place is ranked nationally for green chile cheeseburgers. I can't speculate on whether or not the actual ranking is correct but I can tell you the cheeseburger was delicious. Very simple, bar/cafe experience. Lots to look at in this place as it has had many visitors both local as well as some famous peeps. Check it out, well worth the stop. Cheap and delicious eats.

I had a bacon cheese burger, the burger was okay, but the bacon on the burger was not fresh, probably left over from breakfast. Sides are not included and I thought that $3.50 was a little steep for 6 onion rings. Not to mention $4.00 for 3 chicken wings......definitely will not be back!

I make a b-line any time im near. First timer at 13, Im 50 now! Thay are that freak'n good! and kind of a family tradition, dad took me and I've taken my boys over the years.

Service wasn't that great. They basically left you thirsty after you ordered. They brought the food out in stages instead of your burger and fries together. The green chili cheese fries I had was smothered in nacho cheese. If you're not from NM then, we get them covered in real cheese.
The burgers weren't that great. We really wanted to stop by Buckhorns and eat there, but they were closed. We won't come back here again. :(

Quite pricey. My rib eye was overcooked a bit but really tough and tasteless. They took it off the check. People with me ate their dinner and said OK but nothing to recommend the place. Waiter was fine. Mgr was fine. Just quite disappointing. Maybe a bad day or just bad cut of meat. But for $45.95 I expect ribeye to be perfect.

Big Burgers that fill you and leave you satisfied, some of the best fries in the world, and great customer service! The burgers are large and delicious, the fries are delicious, and the coffee is freshly made.

I had a patty melt and it was pretty good, my only complaint was that I asked for easy on the onions and it had so many I had to take a ton off. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The photos and other things on the wall were wonderful to check out.

This was quite easily one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The staff was friendly and fairly attentive, the atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. I got a double green chile cheeseburger with bacon, and it was so delicious. I will be coming back as soon as I can, I highly recommend stopping here!
