Stopped in in last night for a burger (hangover) and a flight and enjoyed both very much. We got there just before 8 as they closed at 9 as they shut down the larger menu an hour earlier than close, so we got lucky there. Smoke selection of brews to pick from and s good variety when it came to picking the 6 in flight. Growlers, hats, shirts and a few other branded items were also for sale there. Can't say I'll be back in Red River anytime soon, but would stop again.

I had an IPA and the brisket plate. The brisket plate is just that several slices of brisket and one side in my case it was the beans. It was good barbecue brisket. Had a nice bark on it and done to the point of almost being dry. That happens when it's really smoked. If you eat at the outside bar consider the choice because your food will get cold. It can be windy and cold here so consider that before sitting outside. The service is great. The atmosphere is modern, clean and well maintained.

We were there for Memorial Day motorcycle rally The restaurant is a really nice, however the brisket on the nachos tasted like reheated. Drinks ok.

Gets PACKED but worth it. Food, drinks, service. All on point. I own property down the road and come in every chance we get.

Great servers and work staff but management is strict and not customer oriented. My ribs were very overcooked should have sent them back right away instead of trying to eat them

Was really excited to try this place out. Didn’t even mind waiting for a table, but no one even acknowledged our presence after sitting there for 15 minutes. Tables all around us had been seated, served water, bar drinks, and appetizers. Waitresses were even giving other people refills and extra pickles for their sandwiches. I understand labor shortages and all, but it would have gone a long way if someone had acknowledged us and offered a glass of water. Needless to say, we left.

We visited the Brewery on Sunday this week. We didn’t get our food for almost two hours. Thankful for the great waitress (I think her name was Monica) who asked the manager to comp our food. We still had quite a large bill from drinks. The brisket plate had three pieces of brisket and a tiny bowl of pork and beans. The brisket nachos barely had any brisket on them. Way over priced for the quality of food.
We thought the long wait time may have been because they were so busy Sunday, so gave them another chance tonight. Wrong thing to do. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes, we left without being served our food. Pretty sure our waitress was high, and that’s why she only came to check on us once after delivering our drinks. People around us got their food before us and they came in quite a bit later. Won’t be back.

This brewery has the potential to be great, but their staff needs training. Our server Bridget was taking our orders and when she got to me she asked what I wanted. While ordering she turned and started talking to the hostess and other servers laughing and completely ignoring me. She also reeked of cigarettes and was coughing on her hands while touching drinks and plates. Very gross. It also took 15 minutes to get our check when it was slow. Then the checks were incorrect. Food is decent and beer is good, but not $28 growler fill and $20 growler good.
