This is by title a brewery, thus my review is primarily concerning the beer.
The Porter was sour, the Stout tasted sugary (like sugar was added after brewing) and the Amber Ale tasted like an average IPA.
Fries are frozen commodity food, not fresh cut on premises, same with the onion rings.
Long story short, I only sampled the beer, and opted out. All food was regrettable.
Live music outside was a guy with a voice and a guitar murdering classic songs, thus we moved inside.
Thoroughly average and disappointing experience.
On the upside, the mood here is welcoming. Staff and servers were excellent, friendly, engaging.
If only there were decent food or beer for them to serve.
If you like flavored “beer” or just want to drink and hang out, you will probably be right at home here.
If you come to enjoy an excellent beer and some home cut fries, it’s not going to happen here.

Ate here 7/23/22 for dinner. My husband, son and I ordered brisket plate dinner. They served 3 pieces of brisket that looked boiled. I already knew it wasn't going to be good. The brisket was so tough I had to spit out just about every bite, I could not chew it! I gave it to my husband and son they eat anything lol.My son and I ordered "creamy coleslaw" dry as a bone. The waiter asked how everything was and I gave my comments. It is the cooks fault when food is bad not wait staff! He did take off my meal from the ticket which was great but I was still hungry. Final straw hubby ordered pecan cobbler to go and they were out.

Super amazing experience and atmosphere! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great beer, great spirits, awesome food, super staff. We ordered a flight of beer and the chips and guacamole, my boyfriend's son ordered the house made root beer and the pretzel that was bigger than his head!! Our friends ordered a beer flight and a spirit flight, and the cheese curds. We will be going back!!

Food was good. This was our 2nd attempt to eat here. The first was an hour and a half wait so we ate elsewhere. Second time there was no wait. Ordered the chips and salsa appetizer with queso, cherry landslide (yummy) it's like a cherry limeade twist, bbq sandwich and shrimp skewers. Overall great experience.

Right now this place is understaffed (like everywhere) and the staff present are working their butts off. I’d give this a 4 normally but their extra effort warrants a 5. That said, show up early and be patient and you’ll be happy.
There is so much beer, spirit, and food selection here that you may want to try out the flights available.
I had a #3 - 8750’ Kolsch and it is superior to almost any American Kolsch you can buy.
The #4 - Cat Skinner IPA was my favorite and was delicious, hoppy, properly strong and I would come here again just for it.
I closed out the night with a #10 - Bad Medicine Double IPA. At 10.1% this is no joke, especially at the high altitude. This is a sipping beer and is delightful if you are in the mood.

Staying in Angel Fire and out exploring. Wow, great place to stop in and sample their brews as well as great food. Enjoyed the experience. Took some samples with us and definitely plan to come back.
Last picture was simply to show their creativity...lol.

Had an outstanding Beyond Beef burger with green chili on it. Always grateful for top-notch vegetarian options when I’m out with family. Also, the fries are A+. Highly recommend.

About 3 months overdue here (Feb 20th), but we had a magnificent experience here. Stephen and Parker, among others, were excellent in their service. We came earlier in the day for a quick beer, then returned once night fell to hang out a good bit longer for some bites and drink. My wife loved her cocktail, and I had two more excellent beers (Lazy Bear blonde and Bad Medicine IPA). Unexpected awesome awaiting us in Red River that day. To cap it off, we ran into a whole host of LSU tigers there for Mardi Gras! Fun stuff indeed.

This is a fun place to stop in for a beer or a bite after a day of riding the trails or skiing. Has a great balcony and patio to take in the mountains. They brew their own beer and it’s not to bad and the food is good but the scenery and ambiance is next to none. They close early as does the rest of the town.

Great burgers and brew. It’s always a must to stop when I’m visiting beautiful Red River. The one and only best restaurants to eat at in town.
