I’m from out of town. Stopped here for lunch. Definitely what you’d expect out of a Subway. Great spacing of tables. Super clean. Fully stocked chips, produce, meats etc. Staff was friendly & efficient. If I lived here I’d be a reoccurring customer for sure to this location. Keep it up y’all.
They never have the same employees working there every time I go. What’s the point of ordering online if they help the customers in store first? Not only for personal orders but also DoorDash, time is money and the employees just waste time by not checking online orders and doing those first.
First, big shout out to the maker who offered to change his gloves to meme my veggie delight, because he had “touched meat..” That has NEVER happened before. Our sandwiches were perfect! Great makers and friendly service!
Training is obviously required here and no management on site. The servers got the order for the guests in front of and behind me wrong as I listened. 1pm is when I was in, there were 3 servers on shift and I was 3rd in line when I arrived but it still took 30mins+ to place and get my order. Meal was OK, but I suspect the food chillers on the toppings side is set way too cold as the pickles, lettuce and onions were freezing. I dined in and some of the tables definitely needed cleaning and trash clearing. When I had finished, the line was 10 deep at the counter.
Small town Subway is always hit or miss. This one is a miss. There were three employees working when we went in and none of them really had any idea what was going on. We had to wait while they made the order in front of us, one coaching the other through the process. No big deal. Then we had to wait while they slowly made ours, while we repeated our order six or eight times throughout. Then instead of cashing us out, we waited while they made the sandwiches for the large group behind us. I inquired about paying for our meal so we could eat it while it was still warm, and was given a dirty look. The portions were tiny, and the experience as a whole was terrible. It tasted fine and the veggies were fresh, but the service? No thanks.
The guy making our subs was unnecessarily difficult. My daughters and I always order a Spicy Italian but we substitute the salami for additional pepperoni. He insisted that we couldn’t order that and had to order a pepperoni sub, to which I said was fine…however a pepperoni sub only has 12 pieces of pepperoni where a spicy Italian has 20 and he charged us for double meat instead of just letting us order it the way we have always done. The difficulties didn’t end there that was just the most annoying one and I will spare you from the rest. I won’t be coming back to this subway again.
Not sure where to begin. No distance between those dining inside and the food was not good at all. I don't know how I could've gone wrong by choosing subway, but I did by choosing this one. The meatballs tasted old and the worker put way too much salt and pepper on the sandwich along with having difficulty understanding what I was saying to him. Wasted money, couldn't even finish the sandwich.

Standard subway. Services was dreadfully slow, but gave four stars as they had someone on training.
You know what you are going to get at subway. This one is exactly that...

They are very stingy and if you ask for more of anything they act annoyed. Employees were rude. Worst subway we've been to in a while.
