We were on a road trip and found Jerry’s randomly. I’m glad we did! Starting with the chips and salsa it was really good and fresh tasting. Our meals were all excellent and the portions are massive. If you leave hungry it’s your fault. I had Miguel’s delight and the enchiladas were great. Everyone at our table was completely happy Service from the waitress was great. The wait to get seated was long and the hostess seemed to have forgotten about us for a bit but the food was worth the wait.

I searched for places to eat as we drove from AZ to Albuquerque, NM. Jerry's Cafe was top rated. We stopped in for an early dinner. I liked the family owned style & ordered Miguel's Delight. My husband got the grilled Chicken sandwich and our little guy ordered the corn dog with fries. His meal came with a drink and a pudding cup. We all thought the meal was pretty good but not good enough to write home about. The price of our meal was great compared to Northern AZ prices. The bathroom is little and so is the restaurant. We were sat within minutes and the wait staff came over to our table immediately to get us drinks. The staff was superb. There is additional parking directly across the front door of Jerry's. If you haven't eaten here it's a place that you need to try.

There isn't much to the physical location...pretty much defines hole in the wall. However, the giant portions of delicious food served up with smiles and great service make this a must stop in Gallup.

Skip the fast food and interstate neon, head to Jerry's and get some home cooking with a taste of New Mexico!

The food was delicious, prices were very reasonable, the service was swift and courageous, the restaurant was very clean (even the restroom was spotless). I would recommend this place to friends and family. Next time we’re passing through, this is where we will eat.

Yummy and authentic Mexican food with very friendly service! I didn’t dine in, but the hostess and waiter were very kind and informative. I had the beef taco and cheese enchilada and they were both very good. The restaurant is very casual and a great place to eat as you explore Gallup, New Mexico and Route 66!

I was treated to breakfast here. Located in historic downtown, Gallup. It's a small restaurant with limited seating. We were lucky to get a table without a wait. I was told sometimes there is a crowd lined up to get in. The menu is simple with a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. I asked the waitress for recommendations. She happily suggested a few. I decided to go with the stuffed sopapilla. Basically, fried bread filled with scramble eggs, hashbrowns, choice of meat topped with red or green sauce. I choose bacon and red sauce. This was a meal in itself. A hearty portion with just the right amount of filling. The red sauce was flavorful. One bite and I couldn't stop eating. The food was hot and once our order was placed we were served quickly. The service was excellent. Our waitress was polite, friendly and efficient. She checked on us several times. The bus boy person was a busy worker. Cleaning tables, getting/refilling water, constantly moving. Overall, this is a great breakfast place, wish I discovered it sooner. Definitely recommend giving Jerry's a try.

This restaurant it’s just wonderful, they had a line outside when we got there, a mix of locals and tourist, the place itself is small but pretty well organized I was impressed of how my people this little place can seat.
The service was so nice they were helpful and attentive.
The food; oh my the food! so good, the soup delicious, the steak perfect and the sopaipillas were marvelous, I can eat that all day long.
If you are in Gallup it’s a must go place.

First time in Gallup New Mexico so thought we would find a local place for lunch and Jerry’s was top of the list. We had a Combination Burrito w/ Green Chili and an Open Face Chili Cheeseburger. Whatever you decide to try, make sure to get the green chili!! The restaurant and restrooms were clean and our waitress was awesome! If ever you happen to be in the area, give it a try. You will be glad you did👍

Flat enchiladas were available with an egg. Red and green sauces were both excellent. First chili relleno I've had for a long time where I could taste the egg. Sopaipilla was an added treat to finish off the meal. Excellent!

Delicious!!! Passing through Gallup for a night and we found a review online for Jerry’s Cafe. Since the reviews were good we decided to give it a try instead of going to a chain restaurant. We are so glad we did. Everything we had was really good.
