Best IHOP we've ever ate at! Victor and Nick were the absolute best and truly made the experience both mornings we ate there! Food was hot and delicious, too! Thanks for the laughs and the amazing hot and great food! Great send off on our trip back to Michigan. Thanks, we'll be back!!

Not sure why they advertise and offer all you can eat pancakes when they won't bring more than 2 tiny pancakes every 20 minutes. It's not like they were slammed either. There was only 3 other tables with customers. I was totally prepared to leave a great tip of 50 or so percent but when the server all but ignored us I only left 10%

Pancakes we're dry and flaky. Bacon was done on one end raw on the other. Eggs and smoked sausage we're great. Coffee was bitter. Service was great and place was clean. Need to fix those pancakes and bacon.

Since they aren't very busy, the service was very attentive and quick, special offers were made correctly

Awesome team! Great customer service. Food is fresh, hot and delicious. I recommend waitress Heather. After late long hours she still is upbeat, jolly and attentive.

Ordered breakfast as take out and asked for toast on the side. Guy taking my order verified i'll be getting toast as a side and still get my pancakes. I take my breakfast and my pancakes were missing. Ha ha next time i'm not ordering extra.

Tried the international pancakes, got the Mexican churros, pretty good. But the waitress must have been on break for half our visit cause we hardly saw her, no drink topoffs, coffee was empty for most of my visit, and one child had to wait on their meal as it was forgotten to be cooked with the order.

The food wasn't good. Potatoes were undercooked and broccoli was bitter and overcooked. The fried chicken was so hard you couldn't bite into it. Our large party was seated by the window and we froze our Butts off from the winter draft seeping through the windows. Our waitress was polite and attentive.

Never really consistent with the cooking if the food. Have tried a few times to give them a chance and each time one thing or another in the dish is under cooked. Wait staff is friend and tries their best to accommodate.

The manager is a whiz. A magician. I think he has his juggling degree. There was a wait but somehow he can keep the line moving at at an acceptable speed. The server was fast and friendly and the kitchen is lightning McQueen. Bam! Food was good!
