IHOP

I go here a lot. So I like. It wasn't till this particular outing. That I solidified it as an above average eatery. Busy morning crowd, wait was short. Table clean. Manager seated me. Ordered an shortly my meal arrived. I had an issue arise. My very polite server took plate back. Manager personally looked in to the issue an came to my table. He agreed, I received a new plate. The meal was fantastic. A positive experience with little hassle.

This is my sons favorite restaurant funny but he is a pancake fanatic! Today he did not receive his pancakes until the end of the meal and they were burnt not "really brown" but actually black! Um how on earth anyone with eyes would think to still put them on the plate I am uncertain but they did. With money being tight these days I feel like those with good service & products will end up outlasting those with poor standards. I hate to see a family fave be part of the mediocrity that seems to be going around.

Employees not friendly especially the door greeter. Spoke with manager in charge wasn't friendly either. Food was not good. Order over easy eggs it was fully cooked.They need more training on customer service. We understand it was busy but still put a smile on their face. Not going back to this IHOP n farmington...very rude service.

Service was great. Food was excellent. Waiter was was very helpful and doing an amazing job.

The food was great, fast service, hot coffee but my steak tips & eggs were overcooked. It wasn't a huge deal but it was still hot & I let my waitress know. Just an FYI, they marinate the steaks with a sweet sauce, not my preference but good to know before you place your order. I don't eat here all the time but overall the service, food & atmosphere was great. I would come back. 👍👍👍👍

The food was delicious and hot even by the time I got home. The only bad thing was they forgot an omelet but that's okay!! Would definitely order from them again

The water had more seasoning than the food . That tap water was tapping the waitress was really nice and pretty tho so I added two stars .

We eat at IHOP on a regular bases for more than just breakfast. On this day we ate a late breakfast in Farmington IHOP. They were fairly busy but we got good service and had a good meal.

Yummy yummy they have so much and it's so delicious and staff works very well and efficiently with a house full of customers
