IHOP

We were greeted by a person at the door who seemed perturbed to start with, the the waitress took 10 to 15 minutes to come to our table...It took 45 minutes to get our food.

I realize that they get busy at times. I feel that they could at least brought us our coffees while we waited for our food. It was nearly 20 minutes after we were seated that our order was taken. Then our coffees were brought out the same time as our food another 20 minutes later. This is not the first time this has happened. Again I understand the place gets busy which is why I didn't give only one star.

Perfect service!! Delicious and fresh!! More than I can eat... So worth eating here

Veronica was extremely rude to us and showed us exactly zero% respect as a customer. We were waiting in the lobby there are signs that say only 4 parties at any given time and there were only 4 of us in there. But apparently there is some confusion as to exactly where the lobby is. Veronica could have chosen to be polite and kindly ask us to move and explain where the lobby actually is but she decided she would rather be really rude and made us feel like she is kicking us out! To top things off we felt really bad and decided to leave and she was ecstatic that we were leaving yelling out to us in a horribly snooty tone "BYYYYEEEEE". It is the last time I go there.... We were willing to put of with the constant dirty silverware they always have a problem with but that level of rudeness to your customers is totally uncalled for! Just a Horrible experience

CHECK YOUR SILVERWARE!! The food was good but I was very disappointed in how unsanitary the silverware was. They looked like they were dipped or rinsed from previous use. Thankfully my server opted to give me plasticware instead.

So glad this chain didn't die. Took the wife for late dinner and was not disappointed. All my favorites still there. Service was a bit rough but overall I will be back.

The food was fine, the service was good but when you're brought out a dirty glass and then ask for a new one, don't just wipe out the gunk we told you about in the glass. The clear glasses had a film on them where you could literally take it off with your fingernail... When we told the waitress she was supper nice about it and got us new glasses! Upon inspection... these glasses were also covered in film but they had tried to wipe it out so we couldn't see it.... BIG mistake! We complained to the manager who blamed it on hard water. Well, I have lived in many places with hard water and it doesn't leave a film that you can literally wipe off of dishes. Maybe they should try cleaning out the water in the dish pit? Just a thought. Will not be eating here again!

Seated 2 adults at a single top. Asked for a larger table: "that's all we got unless you wanna wait longer." Us "ok, well thanks for gets in so quickly." Hostess: "well our server is busy waiting on people it's gonna be awhile, but I'll try to come back and get your drink orders." (Said in a rude tone).

So why did you seat us?
I cannot condone rude service.

Service is average. We were seated and 3 tables seated/ordered after us got their meals first. Wait staff is OK. The manager tells at his team, which makes the atmosphere kinda like sitting at a friend's house and their parent is yelling at them.

I love ihop. Had a great tasty meal. Drinks were out and ready really quickly. However, the service could've been better. Witnessed a rude confrontation with another guest (elderly couple). Waitress rudely told them she was busy because of all the tables, and left them with sadden faces. I was upset myself from just seeing it.
