Food was great, server was polite

Extremely fast & courteous service. Let us not forget the menu & food which is great. You will always have a customer in me.

I have been sick and finally got my appetite back. I haven’t had eggs or crepes in a long time. We also ordered the steak omelette today. Let me say, it was cooked perfect and we enjoyed every bite. Very delicious and we were pleased. Thank you IHOP in Farmington.

Absolutely disgusting ! waitress stacked plate after plate on top of each other 3 plates high, my sour cream n salsa were smeared on the bottom of another plate n the food was all smashed, seriously plates are dirty from their counters and they pile them on ur food n bring them to you, ugh ither use a dam tray or walk twice n bring people's food in a acceptable manner, we aren't animals..n lastly posters up encouraging people to sign up for their rewards program but they fail to include the code on your receipt needed to actually get them 😀

Bought brunch for mom n sister in law n nephew Luca and awesome Nali.. was good n fun for all. Had a great waiter too, Robert I think was his name. Very attentive and friendly..

Decent food for decent price. My kids love this place because of the huge variety of options. The staff would be my only complaint, poor, sluggish attitudes more often than not...

They had a 10 minute wait time when we arrived. We didn't realize that they were closed for the day but they seated us anyways. I began to suspect something when there were only two other tables left still seated. Food came out quick, delicious, and plentiful. Our server was very courteous and quick for any requests.

Bad service. Waited for an hour and I was on the list, meanwhile this teenage bum let others in without being in the list. Cold food and waitress spilled the food on the table and picked it up with her HANDS; put it back in the plate and expected for us to eat that??? If I would've known, I would've ate at home instead of waiting all morning for disgusting food and service.

IHOP is a decent place to eat. The food is good, but the steaks. Steaks were thin and not cooked to the liking.
The service is also something to be desired. Upon ordering, there was no type of customer service. The cook, didn't seem to want to be there. Saying that meaning he was throwing things around in the kitchen (It can be heard from the dining room).
The waitress and the cook were not working well together that day, she say something to him, and he would make a face toward her and he throw a piece of paper back at her. (In my sight) I think customer service should be a top priority, being that dealing the public.
I wouldn't recommend eating there if customer service is not good.

Always a great staff! Food can be cooked your way but hey if it's done your way too it like you like it! Don't be afraid to throw some to the crew behind the counter as well! #skills
