IHOP

Lucky to even have to put one star. Walked into IHOP to have a nice lunch and the guy with the huge fake eyelashes was extremely rude and treated us like we were trash. He took our menus and threw them on the table and said we'll be back to take your order. Then 10 minutes later he came back to get our drink order and I asked if we could get the iced cold brew coffee. He looked at me with a smirk and was like you were going to try it or you want it and then as he was walking away just laughed like we were stupid. Sorry but not sorry this will be the last time we ever go there.

Food is always delicious with great service.

Tried taking my daughter for a birthday breakfast....after we waiter 20 min for a drink order we finally got a rude server, finally got our food, no fresh coffee. Then they add a 15% gratuity 🤣🤣. Nothing is posted anywhere that there is automatic gratuity added to any check. Go to pay manager says that is his rule and he can do it if he wants. Actually ya can't. He called the cops on me for refusing to pay a rude server a 12$tip. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. Never spending my money here again.

I got the blueberries pancakes stack and the blueberries had gross hard spots and were getting stuck in my teeth. The waitress was a man wearing make up which is fine, but he called the women at my table sir. He may choose to be a woman or a drag queen, but I didn't appreciate him calling the women in my family sir, we all dressed like women, there was no mistaking any of us for a man.

Was good and packed as always..
Host always pleasant with a smile.

I will say that, as far as chain restaurants recently, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area as well as the restrooms. The staff was also friendly. I will definitely be back.

IHOP is one of my favs. First time to this one, a bit of a wait even though we were the only ones waiting.
To me their servings always seem bigger than average and always tastes good.
I had the Mexican pancakes for the first time, everyone else had pancakes and burgers. They all said their food was good.
Place was clean, people were nice.
I wanted a milkshake but $4-5? Maybe next time.

First time eating IHOP and it wasn't very enjoyable. The host was a rude gentleman who didn't even care to acknowledge customers that came in. One girl came up and just kinda scurried off and pointed to our seats and disappeared. Our waitress was nice, but we only saw her a couple of times. Food was, not my favorite. The pancakes tasted like they were from the frozen section and just heated up and had a hard texture to it. I had the split decision and it came with eggs, sausage and I replaced my bacon with ham which was literally the size of my son's pancakes which are supposedly silver dollar sized. It just wasn't good to me and I would prefer to go and have breakfast some place else. It was SUPER BUSY as well.

The host wasn't very welcoming to the other customer but she was ok with us

Very prejudice white girl waited on us, bad service and my pancakes were microwaved, and our table was dirty and she copped an attitude when we asked her to clean it, and they didn't have any strawberry or blueberry pancake syrup. All around bad experience
