Came in on a Saturday at 2:30pm, was placed at the booth near the restroom by the owner who was still chewing with a mouthful of food. He walked my husband and I back to the booth, threw the menus on the table and walked away without saying a word before we got to the table. There were 7 other booths and 4 tables available. They started wrapping silverware very loudly behind us and I asked the server if we could move. She placed us in a different booth and went to get our drinks. Then the owner came back and said very loudly to another server, "oh so they moved there." Another example of his condescending attitude and unprofessional behavior. The rest of the staff seem nice, but I will not spend money at an establishment where the owner is so arrogant and extremely rude. I will give my money to a business who appreciates their customers.

I came to IHOP on a busy Saturday, the parking spots filled up to the Panda Express next door. The host was prompt and despite the hustle and bustle of the morning, I was seated in 5 minutes. My waitress was quick to check on me and bring my orange juice. My breakfast appeared not long after-- exactly as I ordered. Can't complain when breakfast was $12 and the service was quick and the staff happy and customer focused.

Service was excellent, the food was good. My daughter ordered the "Make a Face Pancake" & I had the classic burger with endless fries. The 1st order of fries seemed as if they had been under a heat lamp for awhile. But the 2nd order of fries were fresh tasting!

Service was great, waitress polite and went out of her way to warm syrup. My blue berry pancake was sent back, it was over cooked and tasted too much of nutmeg. Hash brown were hard, wasn't fully cooked. Yup a shame, other ihops are awesome

The owner was rude, the waitress was rude and literally never made eye contact with me or my guest. We had to ask for refills, condiments, boxes, everything but the check, which was dropped off as soon as the food came. The owner didn't make eye contact when we paid, and kept slamming the cash register.

This is the crew of the year hands down! Always remember to tip your server! I come here at least once a week. Always fast friendly service and food cooked the way I ask Everytime!

Went to go eat at what used to be our favorite place. No mask! No entry... Mask required? Not going! If they are afraid of catching
something then stay home. The manager told me it was common sense to wear a mask. common sense tells me ,never going back!

It's ok but I think this place is stingy with the gravy on my chicken fried steak that's the third time it happened. The pancakes are good but someone need 5o look at the picture of a chicken fried steak and put the same amount of gravy being advertise

Went in yesterday morning with my 3 year old daughter and waited for the hostess to come out, and we were the only ones waiting there at the time. After waiting patiently, she came out and said, "have you been helped?" And when I said "not yet," she continued to ignore us and went on to help several people who came in after us. It was flat out rude and poor service, so we left and went to Weck's and the staff there was incredibly sweet!

Went in this morning for french toast and it wasnt even cooked all the way. Doesnt even look like French toast! Waste of money.
