Penelope's Lil' Cafe

I have been going to Penelope's 4 over a year. They got a new cook that does not know how 2 cook.

Ordered the B & G combo. It was excellent. Hash browns were crispy. Eggs were fresh. Nice soft biscuit with yummy gravy. REALLY want to try out the funnel cake French toast next time! A+

I come here with friends every so often when we want breakfast/brunch. It's such an awesome little spot! Tasty food for a good price and always great service. I definitely recommend coming in if you want a tasty meal for a good price.

Arrived here four couples before. been sitting for twenty min watching everyone else get their order while we wait. figure we would wait and try the food. Meh. waitresses are scattered and not very welcoming. Don’t even get the warm and fuzzy. won’t return. The previous reviews of best breakfast in town are all lies. go elsewhere!!

Took my wife and daughter there for the first time. The service and food were top notch. My daughter has a large pancake with cream and strawberries. It must have been good because she devoured it all. I had the cornbeef hash and eggs. The eggs were perfectly over easy and the cornbeef flavorful. Definitely recommend a visit.

Biscuits and Gravy with eggs and hash browns. Tasted great. Fluffy biscuits and fresh gravy, crisp hash browns. Yummy!

Came here n got the french toast with my boyfriend. Ok these people really know how to make over-medium. Thats pretty rare. Coffee got steady refills. Our server was sweet and just the right amount of attentive. Love it here n will be back.

My husband and I eat here every time we’re visiting Lincoln. Each time the service has been exceptional and the food always comes out so quick! The food itself is always delicious too. This is the best place to eat breakfast in all of Lincoln!
