Penelope's Lil' Cafe

I loved the service, the quality of the food, and the price was right. It's nice they have combo meals even for breakfast and I ended up ordering the two eggs, a side of hash browns, and it came with four pieces of toast which were all really delicious! I would come back again but, if I come for breakfast again I would leave much earlier than 11am. Still great place and I loved the staff. If you want better parking and kind find a spot here is a picture of where I ended up parking, and here is the food I ate and what the place looks like from where I parked. :)

The French toast lived up to its reputation! Terrific staff and service. These guys are randomly giving breakfast for free to pay it forward. The world can use more of places/people like this.

We love it. My husband and I especially like the wonderful service and AMAZING food. I order something different every time.

We got there just in time! Super busy place with good food. Very generous portions and tasted pretty good.

Great place to have Brunch! I have them a 5 star because they had great customer service, great food, and it was all a great price. One of my favorite breakfast joints in Lincoln.

It has a nice hometown feel to it. Would recommend to anyone in Lincoln. Also when you go you should get the chicken fried steak skillet. (pictured below)

Some of the breakfast food in town!! The wait was short, the service was excellent, and the food was spot on my coffee cup was never empty! We will definitely be back!

Came here based off the reviews and right off the bat we got seated next to the broken window with the cold seeping in. Then I ordered coffee and orange juice and the coffee was terrible. Very bitter and tasted old. Had the French toast and it was OK. Eggs were OK. Biscuits were not fully baked and arrived cold. Who wants to destroy your biscuit by having to push the butter into it to force it to spread? Service was fine. The seats in the booth are connected and cheap because when the person sitting behind me on the same bench adjusted themselves the entire bench rattled up and down. Oh well. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't good.

A small but homey venue with excellent service, delicious food, and reasonable prices. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast! Wow,! Check it out!
