Very good food. Excellent gluten free selection. They have gluten free french toast :)

Absolutely a gem! Food was amazing! Fresh and hot! Service was on point!! Great staffing all around! Busy place but no wait! And to top it off the Penelope mimosa was delicious!

We had a great breakfast at Penelope’s cafe this morning. The staff was really nice and took great c are of us, and the food was awesome.

Two of us had vegetable omelet with hashbrowns, which they loved. Two of had biscuits and gravy. While the biscuits were light and flavorful the gravy wasn't. It was bland and barely warm. The service was great, the place quite busy.

Tried to order their hummus ( which is fabulous) but they no longer offer it. I tried to order a fried bologna sandwich ( which is fabulous) but they would not make it--- only breakfast. I did not want breakfast. They would not make me a sandwich despite the fact that they offer a fried bologna breakfast. Ended up having to order a very basic breakfast which was notable only because they brought me bacon instead of the sausage that I ordered. Done with this place. Would rather go somewhere where I can get what I want.

We come faithfully every other week. Everything on the menu is good. Chicken fried steak is the best in the Midwest and we’ve tried them all. Coffee is dynamite and always full. All the servers are great, but Paul rules.

Wasnt anything like the previous reviews. You find out when you get there you have only 45 mins to eat and get out starting when you open the door. My waitress kept asking me if i was ready to pay or cashout while i was eating. She had a bad attitude at 9am and kept acting like i didnt speak her type of english. They will nickle and dime you for everything and try to upsell you when you make it clear your not interested and dont want to be bothered. The the parking is terrible and difficult to back in and out of. The french toast was dry and the portions small. The only positive is it seemed cheaper if you dont consider the portion size. I left hungry. Make sure you treat minorities the same or better than the caucasians. The difference was palpable. I jad better service at ihop and i dont like ihop in this state

It's a bit hard to find parking, but the food is good, good place for brunch and the service is really nice!

No complains from me! This place had delicious Omelets. I recommend the Veggie Omlet with Bacon & Jalapeños included. And if you like the spicy taste get the red salsa on the side!
