Neighbor's Mill Bakery & Café

Very surprised with this place. I really need to eat here more! The two times that I have been the quality of the food was amazing. I have had the Queen City Sandwich and the Reuben... both amazing! Would recommend to anyone for a quick and nice place to meet for lunch. Will most likely go back next week.

Super friendly people and delicious food!! It sort of reminds me of a hipster version of Panera. The breads and pastries are soooooo good!! Also, the bathroom is adorable!! Weird thing to say, but totally worth a look. 😊 It is always busy during lunch bit the employees are great and keep the line moving quickly!

Great sandwiches at affordable prices.

They're unfortunately on the other side of town from me so I don't go as often as I would like, but I've always enjoyed it there.

I also appreciate they have a carbonated water option on tap, that's a little extra that is easily overlooked.

I love this place! Great place to pick up local fresh baked stuff. Also great for coffee and a snack, or a great fresh lunch. I was always a fan of Neighbor's Mill's original location in Harrison and stopped in whenever I was in the area. The Springfield location has its own modern feel but is just as great.

The food is great and the customer service is subpar. Some employees are very nice while others act like you have the plague.
This is a picture of today's daily special: Fiesta Beef on ciabatta. This turned out to be a very delicious sandwich, despite it's funny look.

There are so many options and ways to make each meal unique! Get the salad sampler!

Had a pleasant experience. I came in around 7AM for a latte and a muffin and the girl at the register gave me all the options starting from the type of milk I can get in my latte to the type of flavors offered. She was very friendly and didn’t seem annoyed listing everything. And to top it all off I came to work and noticed that my latte had a handwritten note on the sleeve that said “have a magnificent day!” My muffin was also very delicious. What a great start for a Monday. I may have to wake up early for work more often. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Food is good, but they are a little pricey for what you get.

Atmosphere is very relaxed. Restaurant is always extremely clean to include the lavatory. Staff is always upbeat and ready to help. The food is great and better than Panera with slightly lower prices. Their bakery items are really good.
