Neighbor's Mill Bakery & Café

This is my favorite go to in Springfield, MO. First of all everything I have eaten has been exceptional. I have been a regular since December 2016. I have tried most of the sandwiches, the breads are always flavorful, cookies exceptional, oh the muffins give my morning a very pleasant start, the variety is so plentiful!. Check into their Loyalty Club, definitely worth joining! Thank you for bringing quality product for us to enjoy!

The chicken enchilada and potato bacon soup were off the charts! I had the Santa Fé salad and my daughter had the BBQ Chicken sandwich and both were amazing! Freshly made, quickly at that, and thw staff were extremely helpful. Thank you! Will be back soon.

Locally owned restaurant that is so much better than the corporate chains. Very tasty sandwiches made with their own in-store-made bread. They are very accommodating with changes to the sandwiches, especially for Alpha-Gal allergies.

I love this place. The food is always good. We arrived for breakfast when they opened at 7. The floors unswept. They also have not dusted in a while. I know everyone is short staffed, but they’re better than this.

I like the variety of sandwiches, salads and soups offered here. It is always a pleasant place to get together with friends for lunch. I do need to remember to get extra dressing on the side though because I have found that sometimes the dressings are applied so lightly that it's hard to tell it is there and that detracts from a good salad.

Of course it was delish. I had the soup and sandwich combo of the pesto turkey and broccoli cheddar. Met some friends to have a meeting at 11:30am. It was great atmosphere as it wasn't too loud that we couldn't hear each other. The only draw back is not enough parking.

Fantastic lunch experience. Unique bread choices. I had a BLT, and my wife had muffaletta on sourdough and were exceptional options. The Oreo pie slice and peanut butter cookie were great for dessert. The taste was on point and much better than similar places such as Panera. Will definitely be back

OMGOODNESS!!! I love this place. First, my son bought me some cinnamon buns from there; and they were to die for. Then I went to visit him, and he took me there. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The staff was warm and friendly. I ordered a sandwich that was so heavenly, I just couldn't believe it. I now have my son bring me some all the time now. I wish they had one where I live. Oh, did I mention everything is made in house!! Panera better watch out!!!

I ate at the new location on Sunshine by Mercy hospital. It had only been open three days so I got the privilege of meeting the original owner of the chain Mr. Neighbor. This is a family-owned operation run by the son and daughter-in-law of the founder. Staff is awesome food is wonderful the atmosphere is fantastic it's a bit pricey but worth it. I highly recommend the turkey and egg with avocado. Their breads and muffins are to die for. I took home the peaches and cream bread and it lasted less than 24 hours. My mother took home the pumpkin muffin which my father says was wonderful. and if you visit their website they have a rewards program what is not to love?
