I love this place. There are too many good bakeries in Springfield area. The bakery is awesome. The sandwiches are pretty tops. I haven't tried the breakfast and I can't wait.

I will never be back to Panera. This place is sooo much better! Great selection of bakery goods, coffee, sandwiches, soups & salads. The gentleman working on 10/29/21 around 11am in the bakery/coffee area created an amazing experience. Very friendly, helpful and went above & beyond to give each customer a great experience. Especially for a first time customer that was unfamiliar. Thank you!

This place has exceptional food! Seriously, the bakery is amazing. I have had the gooey cake and the chai cream pie. Both were amazing. I also had a couple of grilled sandwiches which were also great. The only reason I give 4 starts because honestly the service wasn't great. The first time I came here I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink, so of course I forgot it and had to go back up to buy one. I also wasn't given any napkins or silverware (either time) and had to ask where they were after I had already sat down with my food. I just thought this was a bit inconvenient and luckily I don't have kids. Having to get back up for napkins with little ones isn't ideal. They staff is friendly, but I think what they need to remember is that even though this restaurant has been here for a few year not everyone has been here. Simply saying, "napkins and silverware are by the drinks" or letting me know what sides my meal comes with would have been nice.

We have been here several times and will definitely be back again. We have never been disappointed with the food there and I strongly recommend the chocolate croissant!

I have lunched with them several times and taken several friends. All are as pleased as I have been! Neighbors Mill is my go to place when I visit Harrison AR or Springfield MO.

Told we could substitute a salad for a side. Get to check out and it was almost double. Chicken sandwich only had chicken on half the sandwich. Disappointed in my first visit. Not planning on going back

Beautiful building, wonderful food, great service! We had a double date here on a Saturday morning, and there were quite a few people there, which made us think we had been missing out on something, and it's true! I got the Chipotle Sausage Breakfast Sandwich. Oh my. It was hot, so flavorful, and perfectly filling. Best breakfast sandwich I've had. Everyone else loved what they got as well. We got a cinnamon roll, and it was large and tasted fresh. We all got coffee and all tried all the different flavors, and they were great as well. The house blend was the best. The atmosphere is excellent. Tall ceilings and lots of natural light. We loved our visit and will be back!
