Caribou Coffee

Great coffee and very nice employees. I also appreciate that they have cat treats in the drive thru! It’s a nice touch.

This, by far, is the worst Caribou I have ever visited. There have been multiple times where I have given it a "second chance", but I'm sick of having to tell myself "maybe they'll get it right next time". This is the third time I've received the incorrect drink order, been rushed through the drive through ordering, and had my perks not applied to my payments.

This Caribou has been here for almost a year and still hasn't been able to get quality employees that can process orders properly. I'll be getting my coffee from local shops from now on.

Staff are always kind and considerate! They are very personable

I love Caribou always have even when the only store I could get it was at a Byerly's. However the WiFi at your Winona store stinks! I had to go to McDonald's down the street to answer a work email! Would have liked to just relax at your place instead.

Very disappointed with such a big price increase. I understand that they need to raise prices as they are in need but it was $1 more than normal. So very sad.

Service and food and drinks were excellent! Five people in the car and one nonstop order and the young lady at the drive through kept the best attitude all the way through😁😁😁

I was traveling through Minnesota from Illinois and noticed that there was a caribou coffee in winona. I loved caribou when they were in the Chicago area, so I decided to stop in. I was disappointed to find out that they did not have almond milk even though it was on the menu. For people who cannot have dairy, almond milk is wonderful. Please restock your almond milk. Thanks.

The drive thru will make you late for work. The baristas move at the slowest pace possible. Don't bother with the breakfast sandwiches either. I'm pretty sure mine was microwaved at least 30 min before I got it... well that's how long I spend in the drive thru so it's possible! I will be going to Blooming Grounds from here on out. Their coffee is better anyway!

Horrible! When it takes 15 min to get a coffee with 4 people working behind the counter that's pretty bad! The only good thing is the flavor of the coffee but the service SUCKS! Will never go back! Will continue to use Mugby as my local coffee shop as they are very prompt

I went in today and tried to use my gift cards at this location but they would not accept them saying that they're expired even though they're was no expiration date on them when I looked and then when the manager stepped in she threw them away with the gift cards still being good, walked out very dissatisfied and went to mugby junction and got good coffee with a smile not thanks to you guys.
