This place is like hit or miss when it comes to your coffee. Nothing is ever consistent here. One day my coffee is phenomenal the next day it absolutely sucks. Other caribou's I don't have a problem with but for some reason this one I do. I still will never go to Starbucks.

Lobby is closed which is just simply silly. Caribou has been going downhill lately. Focus on providing good quality drinks and allowing people inside your building.

Internet is still unacceptably slow. Tested at 1.8Mbps today. Don't come to do computer work. Enjoy good coffee with your friends.
June 13, 2019 update:
I reduced my rating from 5 to 3, NOT because of the staff, NOT because of the product, NOT because of the store redesign. There is a persistent problem with the Internet connection being VERY slow. Average download speed is approx 1Mbps (using Google Speed Test). I've contacted the corporate office about it and they tell me to ask the store to reset the router. They have done so, but the speed remains slow. STILL a great place for a cup of coffee, some time alone with a friend, or for casual Internet use. If you need to do some work, the Inet will be too slow.
Brand new remodel (opened Aug 18, 2018). VERY NICE. Everything inside has been updated with a more contemporary, clean look. Very open space. Lots of connections for computers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, too.

LOVE the coffee - it's FINE! However, the shop itself seems a bit too 'sterile' & needs to be a little more 'neighbor-friendly'. A suggestion: Replace the chalk board by the door with a bulletin board so people could contact one another (notices, services, etc.).

This is the worst Caribou ever. I went here 12+ times before making my mind up about it. Every single time they made my drink wrong and rolled their eyes when I asked for it to be corrected. Once, when going through the drive thru, the cashier dropped my card in the mud and didn't even say sorry. She just looked down at it then walked away. After 12 bad experiences here in a row, I went in multiple times to talk to a manager and even emailed the regional manager, but no one has gotten back to me/been available.

15 minutes wait time for our drink. Even then, I had to ask where it was at. People in after us, received their drinks sooner. Looked like total confusion. Did not see any leadership.

It has great coffee. If you need to you can use the bathroom. They have air conditioning if you are too hot in the summer, is always at a refreshing temperature.
