One of my favorite caribou locations. Some coffee shops use more milk than any thing else but, this is not the case here. Really friendly service and they get your coffee to you really quickly even when they are busy.

I went to this location on 2/2. I specifically asked them to use my birthday coupon. Instead they used my points. I ordered 2 other drinks with whipped cream. Got to the window, she swiped my card and it was more. She said it was because the new guy didn't charge for the whipped cream. Not sure of her name, but she had hickeys all over her neck, very unprofessional. I asked for the manager (Tori) and not once did she apologize for any of it. She said she couldn't fix the points either, I'd have to download the app and email them. I ended up leaving without a single drink.
Dear Owner, I did send an email with copies of the receipt. Due to no response I decided to leave a review for this location. Employee was of no help, manager Tori didn't help and no response from the email left me no choice, but to leave this review.

Their iced mochas are made with real chocolate and they give the choice of milk chocolate, dark or white. My go to is dark chocolate and they make it perfect every time. I love this place. Every time I go here it's perfect đź’–

Super unprofessional and rude. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Caribou coffee.
May 2nd: I liked this location and have been visiting for the last couple months. But my experience today made me question everything. My partner and I visited yesterday and our beverage was incorrect. We didn't notice until after we got home and called about it. They took my partners name and told us to return whenever we could to get the correct drink for free. No problem here.
Today we show up and there's no customers in the drive-through (yay!). We pull up to the speaker and explain the situation. A guy behind the mic responds and he does not really seem to understand what's going on. He asks several questions about the situation (almost as though he though I was lying) and I give him an answer each time. Eventually he stops asking questions and the speaker goes silent for a minute or two. Then a woman comes over the speaker and asks us what kind of drink we would like to order today. Confused, I asked "What?" And the man chimes back in "Oh yeah uh you need to pull forward so you can get your drink."
Okay? I wanted to order some food but I guess I'll pull forward if using the speaker is causing problems or things are too confusing.
So we pull forward and no one is at the window. We can see workers inside but no one even looks at us. We were still the only people in the drive-through. After another minute or two a lady comes over opens the window, hands us a receipt, says "The drink will be right out," and closed the window before I could even process what she said to us.
I guess I wont be ordering any food.
A couple minutes later she brings me my blended coffee and a freaking boba straw and says "have a good day" and nothing else, so I actually had to ask for the correct straw even though they messed up my beverage, I only got one drink, and I was the only person in the drive through up until that point.
How rude is it that I wanted to order more food and pay more money for more stuff at your business and give yall another chance after you messed up before, but I literally couldn't do any of that because your customer service skills were so bad that you couldn't even acknowledge me as a paying customer, after only a few minutes of us being there. You didn't even say hello to us or tell us to pull forward. You just asked for a phone number then went silent after you took our order. You didn't even acknowledge that you finished taking our order. Because you didn't finish taking our order. We had more to order. But you guys wanted us out so badly that we just left.
We guess you don't want the business.
Disgusting behavior. You cant get what you paid for and you cant pay for other things either apparently, so just don't go here.

Great location, they make a mean coffee cooler. Probably my favorite Caribou in the metro.

Caribou is better than Starbucks! This location is nice and new and looks great! I can really taste the flavors in the daybreak light roast blend. Got a bagel with cream cheese toasted in almost no time on my early morning commute. I had to spread the cream cheese myself which I luckily realized before I drove away.

There dine in lounge area is the best by far. The lounge chairs are high quality leather and so comfy. Great music. Top of the line service.

Not only is Caribou my favorite coffee chain, but this location is my favorite. Fast friendly service. Larger than some locations so plentiful seating. Tables on sidewalk as well.

Wish they had a zero star!
Pros: pretty building, convenient location.
Cons: staff, cleanliness, operations of this specific location. This location has been the most unfriendly, unprofessional caribou I have ever been to in my history of caribou. I actually stopped going to all caribou’s due to this store. I am a perked member and still will not use any free drink or other promotions because of how I was treated here.

Went to this location with my daughter (who does not have a phone). I brought her school ID and a picture of her birth certificate to show it was her birthday to see if I could surprise her with a free birthday drink. They told me to pull around and would take care of it. When I got to the window they told me I needed to make her a caribou account to get her the free drink. There were 5-8 cars behind me and I didnt want to hold up the line. They would not honor her picture ID and birth certificate with her DOB so I paid for our drinks and said I would bring my business to Starbucks. My daughter turned 12 and cant have a party due to the pandemic, they could have had a little sympathy other than making several people wait in line for 5+ minutes.
