Good Caribou, but just a heads up, it can be hard to spot and getting in is a little bit of a challenge. It does have plenty of seating, which is nice

Comfortable, relaxing environment. Went there to meet up with an old friend. Over all experience was pleasantly rewarding. Looking forward to going back to frequent this establishment.

Best mochas ever! The sandwiches are a little dry.

I used to be an every day regular at this location, they started closing at 2pm every day, so I stopped coming as regularly but stop every once in awhile. They close at 7pm, online and their store front hours both say that. I got here at 6:50pm hoping to get a quick coffee and they had everything all locked up already along with being rude about it through the window when we tried walking in. Super disappointing and not the first time I’ve been extremely disappointed in this location.

Great to have a nice coffee shop in Hugo, Lino Lakes. Staff always friendly. I haven't seen this place crowded inside yet. But the drive through is always packed.

Terribly disappointed in the pumpkin crafted press. Treated my coworkers to watered down, not even completely full drinks. They clearly made these in advance. Perfect example of why I stick to Starbucks.

The employee didn't ask if I was a perks member. The Chai tea latte was very good. It was a nice place for a group of us to sit for conversation.

The store opens at 6am. i show up at 6am, and was told all staff had just arrived and nothing has been started. I feel like if the store opens at 6am, they should be ready for customers at 6am. This time, I paid $5.79 for warm milk instead of what I ordered. other times I pay for a drink full of ice even though I ordered less ice. Or I'd pay for a large drink but only get 3/4 of the cup filled and mostly ice, so ends up probably being the same size as a small drink. not sure what their standard is but I am definitely not feeling like I get what I paid for and that is dissatisfying.

An unexpected treat. I'm a Starbucks man but my wife gave me a gift card to Caribou.

I arrive and the line moved quickly through the drive thru. Order was correct. As I prepared to pay the server informed me the person ahead paid for my order and the coffee is GOOD. What a surprise 😮

I'm off to an already blessed day! Thank you, whoever you are. I'm starting to pay forward myself.

Drive through only, was backed up like crazy. The line was moving though! Started with about 8 cars (multiple passengers in a few) ahead of me and it was fast, I don't think I was there more than 12 minutes. Staff were friendly and professional, couldn't tell they were being slammed with orders at all. They had both my orders up at the window right away without any mistakes or delays. Awesome Staff!
