Caribou Coffee

Great coffee, great people, great atmosphere. Who doesn’t like wireless charging pads built in to tables? Charge while you wait.

I've been going to this caribou for the past 6 years or so. They've been great until about several months ago, their service and coffee have started to become terrible. I usually order the same drinks (iced malted mocha), so i know when it doesn't taste/ look right. As of late, this drink hasn't been shaken up well. The chocolate syrup and malt sits at the bottom. I can't exactly mix this up myself with the straw. I didn't say anything the first few times. And the last few times when I did say something, I felt that the stuff at the bottom was scooped out and I was left with just milk and ice. I will not be coming back to this location, as customer service and satisfaction isn't what they care about.

I never leave bad reviews but my order has been wrong twice in a two week period. My first time 10/28 I waited 40 minutes in the drive through to realize my Carmel nitro was missing Carmel. Instead of waiting another 40 minutes in the drive through line I decided to go in the store. The doors were locked and when I went to bang on the glass and try to yell that my order was wrong the staff looked at me and ignored me. Fast forward to today 11/8 I ordered two Carmel nitros and clarified my order 3 times in the intercom in the drive through to make sure the cashier heard me correctly. I get my drinks and sure enough no Carmel. I can understand if you don’t have the ingredients or are out of stock, but to not know how to make a drink or not care is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time stopping here, this store is a joke.

Love the interior! A great place to sit and study or relax by the fireplace. Hours are a bit sketchy at the moment due to low staff. However, that seems to be the story with most businesses right now. They will keep the drive-thru open later than the sit-in area. They adjust the Caribou app to show this.

This Caribou is great because my coffee drinks are delivered to me as ordered.
Something not so easy to get right around town. I like an extra shot and half as much flavour. The owner followed up after my 5* rating. Thanks for great coffee drinks!

Good coffee, but they forgot to make our breakfast sammies while making our drinks so it took quite a long time.

Way different then all the other Bou's I've been too. Pretty cool spot.

So I ordered a medium caramel high-rise in a cookies and cream cooler. I was told there was no whipped topping although I was watching as they used whipped topping on a order before mine AND after mine. Also the caramel high-rise was made incorrectly the one who served me also did not seen to be In a good mood.

This location is just right next to the highway when I get off work so it's easy to go there whenever I want some refreshments and the service is great there.

What a great Caribou!!! This might be the fastest Caribou I have been to. I ordered, got my drink and paid, and was driving off in the matter of maybe 2 min or so....couldn't believe it. Great friendly staff that makes me want to go back. Awesome experience!!!
