Caribou Coffee

always underpoured....I havent even taken 1 sip...

The nicest caribou around! They remodeled this and removed the meeting room but added some really nice seating! It no longer feels like and old Burger King! The fireplace is more centered so you can sit on all sides and there are tons of outlets if you want to work there! It still has a really nice “up-north feel”.

Great Caribou! Major problems with potholes on the adjoining streets to the gas station. Could lose more than a tire in those... Major issue.

This location is always super busy, especially the drive through. You’re better off going inside. The nitro cold brew is by far the best drink they have but twice they’ve served me it without any nitro. So it was basically just cold brew, which was fine but not what I ordered. If you’re hopping on 35E south or 96 east this is a good place to stop otherwise it’s a pain to get out of here.

I went in today and tried to redeem a free size upgrade but was given the wrong size. The ordering process was difficult in the drive thru so I let it go thinking it was a miscommunication. However, the worker was handing me the second drink of my order which was a mocha with a bean on top. The drink was in her hand while the bean fell off. She then handed it to me, gave me a smirk, and shut the door without addressing any of it. I would’ve just done the survey on the receipt instead of a review, but I wasn’t offered my receipt. All of the issues were minor, but left my overall experience below expectations for a business I’ve been coming to for years.

Great friendly service alway here and a clean coffee spot. This is one of the bigger Caribou coffee stores where they have a lot of indoor and even outdoor seating and also an enclosed room for study groups or business meetings if you can catch it open! It is usually very busy here but they move fast in my many experiences here!

Love Caribou's Cold Brew! Not a huge fan of their regular coffee. I also think they have the best asiago bagels ever! They are quick and efficient in the morning. I think they have a good menu and a strong presence in the Twin Cities. Most Minnesotans choose Caribou over the mega chain with the Mermaid ;)

When you look for customer service you look at how an employee engages their customers and acknowledges their surroundings. I normally go through the drive through because I am in route to work. Today I decided to come into the location do work on some business, ordered a coffee the gentlemen proceeded to take my order, payment, then it went up on the screen. I went to sit at the bar to wait for my drink. As I began to wait I continued to see drinks being made and pushed out to customers. I saw people leaving the drive through, people that ordered after me. I finally after continuing to stare at the barista and wait walked over and asked if my coffee was going to be made. I was asked, "did you have something?" I love caribou as a whole, but you need to ensure that you are taking your customers in the order that they are coming in. Missing people in my opinion is something that is unacceptable or at least acknowledge the person and ask if you can help them to determine why someone may aimlessly be looking at the counter. I can promise I didn't come here for entertainment. Thank you.

Actually the worst service I have ever had! My friend ordered 2 waffle sandwiches and I ordered a sesame bagel. We waited for approximately 15 minutes in line until someone came up to us and said “we don’t have the waffle sandwich here.” So we ordered 2 of the different sandwiches, but asked for either a coupon or a refund for waiting and them not telling us anything. They rudely said no we don’t do that here. They made the sandwiches then we waited a couple more minutes for my bagel. When I got the bagel it was plain, I said I ordered a sesame. The barista got mad at me and made my bagel again, and didn’t even let me keep the old one. Least they could do for us since they just threw it away instead! Would not recommend coming here.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years. The people that work here are incredible and I feel like they are my friends...(:shout out to Tori, Vic, Audra,Brit, Katie, Hannah, Nate, Tyler and all of the others that I'm forgetting...Thank you for always making my morning with your friendly smiles and your sweet notes on my orders..(: I wish I could remember everyone's names because they are all equally amazing...(: What a hard working team this location has..!❤
