One of my regular go-to's. Here all the time. Friendly, chill, lots of owners bring their cute dogs come through for treats. Sometimes wish it had more seating but that would maybe make it a little less cozy, which is one reason it's such a nice quaint place.

Love it here! Stopped in with my son before a play at CTC and it is very cool and cozy here. Guy behind the counter had a fun and pleasant attitude. Really good chai and muffins!!! Making this our new stop before plays and classes at CTC now. :)

Great service. Amazing waffles and coffee. This was a super chill place to study for a couple hours. They had the doors open since it was nice outside which was a plus.

Hidden gem, very friendly staff and excellent coffee and food. We had the classic waffle and fancy oatmeal, outstanding. Highly recommend!

It's alright. Not one of my favorites. I lived on the edge and tried the Granny (iced chai with cherry and white chocolate) which was fine. Service was alright as well but nothing to write home about.

This is my neighborhood coffeeshop and I love it. I have travelled the world and drank lattes everywhere from Blue Bottle in San Francisco to Seven Dials in London. BoilerRoom holds its own. The owner is cool and so are the other baristas. I've this place.

I really like this place they have very good coffees and tea varieties but i stopped going there because of the mean barista. She obviously has attitude issues.Is that so hard to give customer service?

Finally, some good f***ing chai. Strongest chai I've found in South Minneapolis so far. The London Fog is also delicious. I've enjoyed every muffin I've tried so far. Chill atmosphere. Two thumbs way up.
