Really cozy cafè! Lots of drink options too, as well as $3 hot Earl Grey’s.
Music was good, a little on. the loud side but it didn’t bug me too much.
The lights are dim so the space is a bit dark, this makes for a cozy work environment - just what I was looking for.
Board game options and good seating, including 1 couch and some soft chairs.
Employee/owner was very friendly and welcoming, I was greeted right when I came in which is always nice!
Great spot to just unwind with a cup of coffee/tea or to grab something on your way to work, I noticed there were some sandwiches available for sale too.

It should be criminal that this place is shutting its doors. The homemade chai here is a perfect balance of spicy and sweet, and taste great iced. Staff is friendly. Artwork on the walls is absolutely adorable.
When neighborhoods lose local places like this, everyone loses. I'm glad I had an opportunity to visit.

The ladies who work here are awesome! The waffle is consistently delicious. The space is quaint and cozy so I can get a lot done here. WiFi password posted at all the tables and the menu is extensive. Iced mocha and banana bread may be my favs.
Grab a coffee here, you won't regret it the service is amazing. A good place to chill for awhile to hangout or even read.

Awesome woman working the coffee shop! Very chill atmosphere to work on your laptop, play board games, or just chat over good coffee! Very LGBTQ friendly! They also have good music playing throughout the small coffee shop. I look forward to going back when I'm in the cities again!

I live right next to the Boiler Room and I love this place!! The coffee is great, and the staff is so personable ( I always end up having a quick chat with whoever is working). I always end up getting an iced latte, but the baristas have good coffee recommendations if you’re looking to try something new. For food I recommend the overnight oats, banana bread, and the chocolate muffin.

It was my first time here! I walked in happy and really wanted to give this place a 5-star. I loved the local art and basement idea of this place. Very cozy. I got a sandwich which comes with chips and iced chai latte. I asked if I can sub chips with a fruit instead. Baristta declined me in a dismissive and rude way. Normally, places I go sub with no issues or kindly decline. I went with the chip anyway at this point. I will say food and drinks were great. After coming to see some negative reviews, I was not surprised when it came to baristtas. I agree! They can work on being more friendly and welcoming. I appreciate her thanking me as I left though. Unfortunately, I don't plan on coming back due to my experience.

Love this little hole in the wall. If I wasn’t looking for it, I definitely would have walked right by and missed it. You don’t want to miss it! Coffee is on par & the waffles are heaven. Definitely a cozy community spot. Friendly people, couches and tables, games and books.

Super cute coffee shop we stumbled on. Delicious coffee. Great staff. HuGe restrooms. Best part was the huge wall of games. Easily stayed a few hours and drank too much coffee and had a lot of laughs.

Good coffee. Friendly service. Good pastry selection. Pleasant space to hang out for a bit.
