Spyhouse Coffee Roasters

I went here on a weekend around noon and the place wasn’t much crowded so it was a perfect setting for me. This coffee bar and lounge is so aesthetically pleasing. It’s really quiet in there so it is perfect place to sip on coffee while you get the work done or read a book. I ordered their caramella coffee which has perfect amount of sweetness and a butter croissant to along with it. The croissant was so flaky I loved it!

This setting is really quiet and pleasant for the morning.

We had caramel mocha and they were good.

The parfait had an interesting flavor, I wasn’t a fan. The omelette was ok, but tasted and had rubbery texture like a microwaved egg.

It served its purpose though for a nice spot to plan out the day.

Gorgeous spot downtown with amazing ambiance including plants, skylights, and even a pool table which has never been distracting or rowdy when I’m here. Coffee is great though I only stick to black and can’t attest to other drinks. Definitely worth a stop

A bit on the pricey side, but worth the comfort… the Swiss croissant and cappuccino were great! The decor was great as well! Very classy coffee shop and good amenities…

The old bank provides Spyhouse with a unique and very aesthetically pleasing space! It’s huge, with lots of areas to sit and relax, really beautiful wooden furniture and seating. It’s is adjacent to a hotel and bar/restaurant and has some street parking across from the entrance! The coffee was good enough and the pastries are fresh and really good!

Get the Solid Gold trademark coffee. Spyhouse has some of the best coffee shops in Minnesota. This location is especially nice with lots of plants, airy open spaces, and luxury details. This is the best place to get coffee downtown and work.

Amazing atmosphere. I loved the “Gatsby” like vibes with the marble walls and columns, and the high ceilings. Super sweet plants everywhere too in giant planters.

The coffee was good, too. I had a cortado.

Spyhouse coffee has an incredible atmosphere with an art deco feel and a lot of plants. There is more than enough seating sprawled out in the large space to accommodate people even at peak hours. The coffee is excellent, what you would expect of a shop of this caliber. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a place to sit and relax for a while.

Absolutely in love with this space! The cherry lavender latte is savory and smoky and decadent and wonderful. Excellent caring service. Beautiful coffee art for the extra love.

Lovely coffee place and very relaxed atmosphere. I just love the Cortado here and the quality is consistent. Who wants to go to Starbucks if you can enjoy great coffee in the Spyhouse?
